It was a great place where I could wind down after being in Kharkiv.
Pros:

The breakfast made my whole day as I was frequently out in Kyiv in places where I could NOT eat lunch.
Keep up the outstanding work.

Buen hotel, magníficas habitaciones, pésimo desayuno + sin acceso directo al parking subterráneo.
Cons:

Desayuno buffet, al nivel de un hotel de 2 ** estrellas, o inferior.
Calidad de productos baja, o muy baja.
Básica.
Muy poca selección de productos y de mediocre calidad para un hotel de **** estrellas.
Opinión de 1 extranjero y 3 ucranianos, incluida mi mujer.
La única explicación, es que hay guerra y el hotel posiblemente no quiera desplegar un buffet con amplia selección de productos.
Pero llegar hasta tal extremo de ofrecer un buffet de un hotel de ** estrellas, no me parece correcto ni aceptable.
No por ése precio por estancia.
La noche anterior estuvimos alojados en un hotel de *** estrellas también en Kiev y el buffet de desayuno era de excelente calidad y con el triple de productos y selección.
Incluido una muy amplia selección de quesos, embutidos internacionales, panes crujientes y muy ricos, gran variedad de zumos, mermeladas inglesas, etc, etc...

Otro defecto inaceptable y muy sorprendente para un hotel de ésta categoría, es que no existe un acceso directo por ascensor + escaleras al parking subterráneo.


No volveremos.
Hay mejores hoteles en Kiev por ése precio y con desayuno e instalaciones al nivel del resto de Europa.
Todo lo demás, perfecto.
Un 10 !
