Upon check-in, we ask for a copy of your credit card. We won't charge you, but we do need to -pre-authorize a deposit of €50,00 per room, per night to cover any charges made during your stay. Guests without a credit card will be asked to present a valid ID and to pay a deposit of €100,00 per room, per night. Of course, deposits will be refunded upon check-out if no charges were made.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the price in certain rate types. In these cases, breakfast has to be booked separately against a charge.
Breakfast is free of charge for children up until 2 years old (including) and children between 3 and 11 years old (including) receive a 50% discount. From 12 years on the breakfast price is equal to that of an adult.
Please note that children up to 2 years old can stay in a baby cot or in existing bedding. Please note that this is based upon availability and needs to be requested. Children from 3 years old need to stay in existing bedding. There is no space for extra beds in any room types. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 people (either 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 child) except for in the Residence Suite which fits a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Please note that there is no possibility for placing an extra bed in the following rooms: Deluxe Twin Room, Double Room, Suite and Deluxe Double Room.

A localização era boa.
Da reforma feita, de mau gosto, o banheiro dentro do quarto. Não tinha um espelho para fazer braba. A mesa colada na cama e um espaço mínimo para pasar entre a cama e a coluna da pia. A cor preta do blindex. Nada.
Boa localização, bairro tranquilo, próximo aos principais museus, a bons restaurantes e a um lindo parque. Funcionários atenciosos, ótimo restaurante.
Relação custo-benefício ruim: quarto pequeno e muito apertado, acomodações razoáveis, porém com preço de hotel 5 estrelas top.

Location was great! Close to metro and easy walk to museums. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The design was very nice— what I call casually elegant.
The rooms are very dark. The surfaces in bathroom are black. The lighting is quite contemporary and stunning with pinhole recessed lights, but while being dramatic, is spotty and with the dark surfaces, difficult to see. Applying makeup and shaving are challenging.
The “bathroom” is comprised of a water closet with door, shower with door, and a sink which floats on a partial wall to the bed area. For a single person, this is great. It does not, however, give two people much privacy or noise diffusion.
Lastly, the dining and bar area gets very busy in the evening. The bar requires reservations. If you are staying at the hotel, you cannot just pop down to the bar for a drink. Having a second bar that does not require reservations might help the guests enjoy the hotel more.
The hotel was in a great location near the metro and the markets.
Breakfast was very expensive and the restaurant was always busy and did not cater very well for hotel guests.
Rooms were nice but the overall cleanliness was not good. Marks from drinks on woodwork not cleaned, a lot of dust.
Over priced
The staff were very helpful. Quickly changed my room to one on the top floor. If you book, it is worth asking for one on the top floor as you get lovely rooftop views. The new room was good (light and airy) although the heating wasn't really working. It was very cold at night. Mentioned it to the front desk who altered something on his computer and it improved a bit, but it was still insufficient.
Good location for the trendy area nearby. Great street market and fun bars and restaurants.
The breakfast is very ordinary. For example the fruit salad is mainly different coloured melon, with a few blueberries and 3 chopped up strawberries in the large serving bowl! Poached eggs were nearly cold. Not worth the money. The gym isn't actually in the hotel. It is approximately 50 - 75 m down the street in a gym trainers studio - not convenient nor welcoming. Avoid the corner bedrooms, ending in 39 (I think), very small. I moved rooms. Expensive at 400 euro a night.

Disappointed by housekeeping- twice we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Also disappointed by slightly tatty decorative condition of our room, especially a badly torn curtain
