A good base away from the noise of the city
Pros:

Good location for the trams and the trains to central Amsterdam. The staff were welcoming and gave us a brief introduction and a quick guide to the area. They explained that there was not a restaurant but that is not a problem as there are many restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. There is also a Lidl nearby and a Jumbo supermarket near Sloterdijk station. The room was clean and spacious with a decent shower. Shower body wash and handwash was provided. There is a small fridge and coffee making facilities but they use pods although will dispense hot water. We had a faulty curtain that was fixed within minutes of being reported. The hotel internet is OK and the TV was more than adequate with a few English channels.

We arrived by train but the hotel does have a car park.

All in all a decent hotel in a fair location if you don’t want the hustle and noise of the city centre. The tram drops you off right by the Rijks Museum which is only a 15 minute ride.

I also noted that the city taxes are included in the price, so no hidden fees on checkout.

Perfect for a night at the end of a long day exploring Amsterdam, but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer.
Pros:

The location was great, a short walk from Sloterdijk station. Felt like a pretty safe area, although didn’t really go out after dark. Ability to leave luggage at reception before check in and after check out was really useful. The room was spacious, very clean, and beds very comfortable. No complaints about the room at all. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bar in the lobby is closed down (permanently, I believe), and the restaurant wasn’t open for anything other than breakfast. It doesn’t serve any alcohol, which I don’t remember reading in the description.

Pros:

Aunque alejado del centro,la ubicación es buena ya que tiene parada de tranvía justo enfrente y es una zona residencial tranquila.
Además una muy buena atención del personal de recepción.

Cons:

Después de haber estado anteriormente alojados, en esta ocasión,nos encontramos con una pérdida de calidad del hotel con respecto a la limpieza de las habitaciones y en el desayuno.

Super séjour à Amsterdam
Pros:

Génial ! Hôtel très propre, bien entretenu avec des bonnes installation, grand lit, grande salle de bain. La Clim fonctionnait très bien et l’hôtel est très peu bruyant. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Le personnel est agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel. Il y’ a un arrêt de tram juste en face et le train vers le centre est à 10minutes à pied.

Pros:

I liked to be close to the tram.

Cons:

I didn't like the extra payment for the check-in 15€.. even though i paid for it because i was exhausted.

The room was ready so nobody would take the room between 11am and 3pm so paid extra for extra.(nothing)

20€ for breakfast is very expensive from my opinion so i didn't

For a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel i was expecting more.

Waren in einem 3 Sterne Hotel und dort war alles viel angenehmer und sauberer…..
Pros:

Parkmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Zimmer waren verstaubt.
Matratzen haben sich Nachts verschoben.
Heizung gind nur bis 24 grad Celsius waren mit einem Kleinkind wir haben alle gefroren.
Wasserschaden an den Wänden.
Fenster wurden glaub ich noch nie gereinigt.
