One of the best hotel in Dam
Pros:

Very modern and new , amazing clean rooms, onsite parking, amazing staff, very friendly and helpful, metro stop right outside 20min to central its better then most of 5* hotels

Great, will most definitely return
Pros:

After reading the reviews I was a little bit worried but the room was a macular the. Breakfast was beautiful and everyone had great English and was always very helpful

Cons:

Dispite it being very easy to get to the city one tram from outside the hotel “tram 19” and then the train into central, one night it was little late so walked from the local station It was very eary and bumped into few odd characters should we say. Always use the trams drops right outside the hotel

War sehr schön die Zimmer und das Personal war echt ganz toll

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Frühstück pro Person 20€ finde ich Persönlich sehr hoch bemessen 400 m weiter bekommt man ein super Frühstück für zwei Personen für 10€ pro Person

Pros:

Fantastic place, plain and simple. The hotel itself was really well situated, less than 30 seconds away from a tram stop where you can take 19 and get to the city center without any issues in like 20 minutes or ride for 3 minutes and get to the train station from where you can get to Schiphol airport in around 20 minutes or to the city center in no more than 10 minutes.
Other than that, if you need to do any groceries, Lidl is 5 minutes away, the room has a fridge, so you can store things in there to keep for breakfast or a snack for any time of day.


Other than the perfect location, I'd say the hotel was kept very clean, daily room service, and no matter when you go out, as long as it's before 16:00, you can click "room service" and go out and sure enough things will be taken care of. Room size was good enough, beds were very high but quite comfy, AC was available there.

The personnel there were so friendly and helpful, giving me tips on when to check in as well.

Cons:

The blackout curtains can block light where they can reach but being able to fully black out would've been much better in my opinion.

The area could look a bit spooky at night but I felt safe regardless, it's less than 30 seconds from the stop to the hotel, after all, you can get off and walk there fast.

El hotel bueno , lindo , la ubicación, pensé q estaba más céntrico

Cons:

No me gustó para NADA, que querían cobrar , para adelantar el check in, 25 dólares si queríamos entrar antes

A localização é boa pois não está no meio da confusão e tem o tram mesmo à porta. No tram vamos para qualquer lugar da cidade.
