L'unico appunto .... il signore che ci ha aiutato a fare il check-in bravo ma scocciato e un po infastidito

Pros:

Schon mehrere male in diesem Hotel und jedesmal Top bis jetzt. Man kann nicht gross meckern ausser dass die Sauberkeit etwas solala ist. Immer wieder gerne wenn man eine ruhige und günstige Lage haben möchte in der nähe von Amsterdam.

Fuite d’eau et pas de solution !
Pros:

Grande habituée de cet établissement depuis plusieurs années cette fois j’ai été très déçue (voir ci dessous)

Cons:

En pleine nuit une énorme fuite d’eau est apparu dans le plafond dans un luminaire électrique ! J’ai appelé la réception, ils sont venus voir mais n’ont pas pu nous changer de chambre et on apporte une poubelle en plastique pour réceptionner l’eau qui coule.
Ils nous ont donc fait rester dans cette chambre avec le risque d’électrocution sans moyen adapté, sans nous proposer d’autres serviettes de toilettes (elles ont été utilisées pour éponger la fuite) sans nous proposer au moins le lendemain de nous laver dans une autre chambre.. non rien de tout cela.
On a pas dormi de la nuit et on a dû déguerpir à l’heure indiqué (11h) voyant notre état ils nous on accordé 15 minutes de plus seulement pour charger notre voiture ..
Aucun geste commercial pas de remboursement de la nuit alors que nous y étions pour rien !!!
Ils ne suivent même pas les clients réguliers et fidèles visiblement .. bref c’était désastreux

Pros:

La taille de la chambre spacieuse avec 3 vrais lits confortables pour 3 adultes. Le tram au pied de l hôtel

Cons:

Peu de possibilités de restauration aux environs de l hôtel. Le parking cher a 25€ la nuit mais indispensable
