Great location. Beach front area was great and small walk to town. Lovely staff and the room itself was fantastic. Pool area was great
Gym equipment needs some updating and some of the pool side wooden platforms need redoing as daughter hurt her foot.
The lobby was beautiful. Staff was sweet. Location was on the beach. Had a toilet issue they fixed it within minutes

We thought there should gave been better coffee making facilities in the room. Instant coffee and non-dairy creamer sachets not the best. Pool was lovely and staff there very good. However plumbing problem in Women’s Rest Room at the pool. No water ran at basin for 4 nights we were there.

Ranta ei ollut paras mahdollinen, vuorovesi tosi voimakas eikä meressä pystynyt uimaan. Yleiset tilat hieman kuluneet. Rantaravintolassa oli hidas palvelu, mutta ihan hyvä ruoka ja kaunista.
Rooms are beautiful and large. Right on the beach with a great sea view. Eat in the pier eight restaurant on the front , one tip if you are an ihg member you get 20%off food. The staff are very good, can’t do enough for you very polite and kind.the swimming pool has been built up high so you can see out but passers by can’t see in.

The rooms need renovation
The grounds were beautiful, the pool and beach clubs were nice and well maintained. We really enjoyed the food.
The room was really beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom door was a bit loud every time we tried to close it and the lights were a bit confusing!
My husband and I stayed in a one-bedroom villa with a private pool for four nights. The price was around what we would expect to pay for this type of accommodation, particularly given the inclusion of a private pool.
The villa itself, however, felt quite old and tired. I also had difficulty finding a power outlet that would securely hold my universal charger, and the outlet in the bedroom did not work with it at all. During our stay, we experienced several maintenance issues, including occasions when either the toilet or the television was not functioning properly.
Despite these shortcomings, we understood that this property is located in an older part of Bali and were prepared to overlook these relatively minor issues.
The service at the restaurants, Lasang for breakfast and Pier 8 for dinner, could not be faulted. All of the wait staff were absolutely lovely, professional and accommodating throughout our stay.
That said, my overall impression of the hotel was unfortunately overshadowed by an unpleasant experience when checking out.
While my husband finished packing, I went to reception to settle our account. After paying the bill, I was asked whether we had consumed anything from the minibar. I advised that we had not, and was then asked if staff could inspect the minibar to confirm. I agreed. During this conversation, I was also asked whether I required airport transportation, which I declined as our driver was already waiting in the car park.
I then returned to the villa and, as we were leaving, a hotel staff member arrived to inspect the minibar. As my husband and I walked towards the car park, we were stopped by three members of staff and asked to wait. I explained that our bill had already been settled and that we were leaving for the airport. One staff member stood in front of us while we waited to be told that a bottle of sparkling water had allegedly been opened and that we were required to pay for it.
Neither my husband nor I had consumed or opened any minibar items. However, with our transport waiting and feeling that we were not being allowed to leave until payment was made, we reluctantly paid the additional charge of approximately A$10.
The amount itself was insignificant. What was disappointing was the manner in which the situation was handled. After four nights as paying guests in top tier accommodation, being stopped while leaving the property and effectively accused of dishonesty over a bottle of water left us with a very poor final impression of what was otherwise an enjoyable stay.
All staff friendly and helpful.
