2 years since our stay and its as bad as ever!
Pros:

We actually stayed here in July 2024, but date calendar drop down menu does not go that far back. It seems like many of the issues we experienced on our stay are still present, and getting worse. Dilapidated buildings, leaks, sewage smells, dirty and just generally tired. A disgrace to the Intercontinental brand. If you do not want to ruin your holiday, do not stay here. I can’t believe after 2 years since our stay its still so bad, and very expensive.

Don’t bother
Pros:

My sister booked the hotel using her IHG loyalty card.
I got to the hotel and instead of being politely told that I could not use the benefits of the loyalty program I was made to feel terrible like I had committed a crime. In front of me he let someone know to move the gift basket welcome gift to a smaller room. I was told I would still get breakfast as it was included in the reservation.
The room amenities were not great in the bathroom - I was expecting Byredo products but I had no name filled bottles labelled shampoo etc. in the bathroom. The bath was lovely but there were no bath salts.
Breakfast was amazing.
The beach unfortunately was filled with rubbish and boats were in the way of getting into the water.
I would actually recommend that you pay £100 less and stay at a Hilton - and if you have a family member with status than you can use those extras without any hassle.
I was told when I checked out that my sister would get the points accumulated by the stay on her account which has not happened.

We had a wonderful time in Sanur and enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location was great. The spacious ocean view suite room and the balcony were wonderful, especially so watching the sun rise.

Cons:

The rest rooms by the pool area need some work and some love. They are very tired looking and certainly need refurbishing compared to other parts of the resort which are so well maintained.

Great hotel. Great location. Great room.
Pros:

Great location. Beach front area was great and small walk to town. Lovely staff and the room itself was fantastic. Pool area was great

Cons:

Gym equipment needs some updating and some of the pool side wooden platforms need redoing as daughter hurt her foot.

Safe and comfortable but don’t expect the 5 star facility. More like 3 star, possibly 4 ish
Pros:

The lobby was beautiful. Staff was sweet. Location was on the beach. Had a toilet issue they fixed it within minutes

Cons:

Outdated and needs to be renovated.
Stayed at 3 star areas that had same service and facilities.

Very good but a few maintenance issues need attending to.
Pros:

Room was amazing, very large and well appointed. Staff very friendly and obliging.

Cons:

We thought there should gave been better coffee making facilities in the room. Instant coffee and non-dairy creamer sachets not the best. Pool was lovely and staff there very good. However plumbing problem in Women’s Rest Room at the pool. No water ran at basin for 4 nights we were there.

Tilava huone, todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Rauhallista eikä mitään ruuhkia. Hyvä aamupala. Uima-altaalla hyvin tilaa ja hyvä palvelu!

Cons:

Ranta ei ollut paras mahdollinen, vuorovesi tosi voimakas eikä meressä pystynyt uimaan. Yleiset tilat hieman kuluneet. Rantaravintolassa oli hidas palvelu, mutta ihan hyvä ruoka ja kaunista.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Rooms are beautiful and large. Right on the beach with a great sea view. Eat in the pier eight restaurant on the front , one tip if you are an ihg member you get 20%off food. The staff are very good, can’t do enough for you very polite and kind.the swimming pool has been built up high so you can see out but passers by can’t see in.
