1) Breakfast and evening restaurants.
2) Check in and check out processes are very fast and convenient.
3) Pool area and the food bar (but it does take long to get ordered food).
1) Water in the sink and shower nearly impossible to set at the comfortable temperature. It constantly changes from hot to cold on its own. Very inconvenient. The water pressure is also low.
2) Nothing in the mini bar, except 3 bottles of water. For this price I would expect to see some extra items, including sweets and alcohol.
Everything was very good staff the service the attraction of the hotel,food,spa,massage,all what you have like a option on the hotel was high level and specially with kids they was soo amazing and polite to them this hotel is for family for sure!My baby milk was finished at 12pm in the night and i ask in the lobby for it and in 10 min they bring me the milk this hotel is really worth the money!

Girişte bellboy yok, housekeeping odaya direkt giriyor, müsade istemiyor. Kahvaltı çok erken bitiyor tatil beldesinde ilk defa böyle bir şey görüyorum. Aquaparkta 1 tane kaydırak var onda da genç fenerlilerin etkinliğinden dolayı giriş yapamadık.

Детето ми получи страшна тежка алергична реакция от хлора в басейна.на 4г е за първи път се случва, а сме обиколилинад 50 басейна. Да го имате в предвид, че да не ви боли глава след това. Та ние бягахме по доктори два дена след това и пръснахме над 200€ за лечение, а този така наречен "луксозен хотел" нямяше медицинско лице дори! ... Нямаше нищо хубаво с което мога да се похваля в този хотел 5 звезди, ресторанта беше твърде скъп, стаята си беше напълно обикновенна дори вана нямаше и малко ме хващаше клаустрофобията, закуската в хотела беше еднообразна, без наличие на плодове, а храната в ресторанта с доста завишени цени на базата на нищо😀.
Пълна пародия, трябваше да ги взема да видият в България на какво се казва 5 звезден хотел и за какво даваме 500€ за 4 нощувки. Със сигурност щяха да им паднат ченетата!
