It was a quick overnight day, but it was very nice. All the valet guys were nice

A localização é ótima para ir a vários locais turísticos, sem depender de Uber/táxi.

Cons:

A pressão da água do chuveiro era muito fraca.
O hotel não tinha recebido a confirmação do pagamento feito através do Booking, o que quase resultou em cobrança dobrada.
O estacionamento no hotel é caro, mas os estacionamentos na região são ainda mais caros.

Great hotel the offers fair pricing and excellent customer service.
Pros:

We’ve been staying at this hotel since our daughter started attending UT five years ago. The location is great and the property is well managed. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Parking is too expensive.

2, Them did give us one room that size is smaller than other room , why?

Wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

Great experience staying at this Hyatt. The location was convenient for walking downtown. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Weed in the hotel so the whole floor was closed?
Pros:

The other hotel I stayed at.

Cons:

At first they had no record of my stay, tried to make me pay again and then when "there was no available room because someone smoked weed on our floor and they had to close it" they made us walk with all of our stuff to a sister hotel.
