Very clean, beautiful views of downtown and helpful staff.
Pros:

The atmosphere was very aesthetically pleasing. The only issue was that there was no included parking only valet which was hella expensive.

Pros:

The front desk was very kind and John the Valet was exceptionally kind as he was really working hard and sweating and still took time to have a nice conversation with us.

Cons:

There didn't seem to be enough off stree valet parking when you pulled up to the hotel to service the number of people that were coming in at any one time.

Pros:

La ubicación es privilegiada, muy central en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel, impecable en limpieza, muy linda decoración y dependencias. Personal amable, buen desayuno, tipo Buffet. Recomiendo estar pendientes a los horarios para no perder ese servicio.

Cons:

El baño tenía un papel higiénico de bastante baja calidad para el estándar Hyatt. Reforzar que este Hyatt NO tiene piscina (otros Hyatt en Austin sí).
