MUST STAY EXCELLENT DOENTOWN AUSTIN HOTEL
Pros:

This property was in an excellent location, rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly and offered complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again!!

Cons:

Valet parking was expensive but most downtown locations won’t have complimentary parking.

Amazing checkin experience, very professional, excellent bed and delicious breakfast and coffee.
Pros:

Everything is great except an issue asking for hypo-allergenic pillows. The lady was clueless and I had to explain what I was asking for at least 4 times. She asked "You want to check out early?" Nothing to do with pillows. She finally handed the phone to someone else. The She got back on the phone and said they would send me feather pillows. I said no, I needed non feather pillows. I didnt get them, so I called back. She was still confused. She left the phone, came back and said again that someone would bring my feather pillows. Another, I had feather pillows, I wanted non feather. I finally gave up. A few hours later a very nice man brought me the right pillows. I also have not received an itemized bill, however Ihere was $275 withdrawn from my banking account for a $139 room booked with booking.com. The initial checkin experience was awesome.

Cons:

Mentioned above - communication over getting hypo-allergenic pillows was a nightmare trying to speak to someone who seemed totally unaware. And would not communicate. And I need an itemized bill.
