Pros:

The staff was Kind and helpful

Cons:

The location is terrible, dirtiest area in Brussels i think! It’s alright for young people travelling together but not for families with children if you need certain standard of comfort and clean!

Location was fairly okay and they offer towels as well. Beware there is an additional city tax that they ask while checking in.

La amabilidad del personal en especial de un joven Siciliano que no recuerdo su nombre ahora, muy amable, gentil y preocupado 10/10 .
Las instalaciones super comodas ,con un comedor compartido donde hasta te puedes cocinar y dejar cosas en el refrigerador con tu nombre, las habitaciones muy espaciosas.
Supermecado muy cerca del hotel y la parada del tranvia y bus frente al hotel.

Pros:

El espacio y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Realmente superó mis expectativas, todos los espacios estaban muy limpios. La ubicación también es muy buena, ya que puedes llegar caminando al centro en minutos.

Cons:

El tema del respeto de las personas que comparten la habitación. El hospedaje no tiene nada que ver, pero hay que tener en cuenta que puede haber gente que hace mucho ruido al ingresar y estar en la habitación.
