Near Bus Station and easy to go to city center. Staff is very vert kind. But so small in Relax place

There were no ac or fan in the room. It’s was very hot. And for the location it’s pretty expensive.

I stayed alone in a double room. The room was spacious and everything was great at first. However, 30 minutes before checkout, someone scanned and opened my door from the outside. I asked who it was, but they just shut the door and left without a word or apology. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff actually asked me who opened the door. Unbelievable! They are the ones issuing the key cards. Great room, but zero sense of security and unprofessional management.
