very cool place, i love the ambience and that it was a boutique small hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Luang Prabang. From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly welcoming. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making us feel right at home.

The rooms are beautifully designed with rich dark wood, giving them a unique charm and a luxurious, authentic feel. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.

One of our favourite parts of the stay was relaxing on the veranda with a couple of Beerlaos, soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.

We would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Luang Prabang.

The room is very comfortable, especially the decoration on the bed is cute and adorable. The pillow is soft and comfy. There is welcoming fruits and the room is clean . The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful , very happy with the service. There might be noises at night but the hotel prepared earplugs. The location is nice, beside nam khan river and near to the night market, can arrive in 5 minutes with bicycle.

Very comfortable and charming colonial style place, beautiful architecture, located at the center and right next to the river. Great friendly staff, shoutout to Somair. Hotel arranged for a very friendly driver for my trip to the waterfalls which was convenient.

Luang Prabang, Laos was a hidden gem we have wanted to visit for some time now. We chose Burasari for our stay and it met our expectations. The property was conveniently located and well maintained. The staff were kind and welcoming. We have to say that several of the staff made our stay memorable. The front desk staff, Somair aka Airry, Vanh aka Teddy and KP, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.
We had breakfast daily in the restaurant and chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant twice because the food was so delicious. Not greeted use and cared for us daily during breakfast. Larnoy and Sommai took care of us during our dinner meals. The two chefs, Ms. Nunee and Ms. Or, have a talent and we were honored to have their wonderful food.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend a stay at Burasari.

Amazing experience I had with Burasari Heritage Hotel. Special thanks to Somair who was incredibly helpful from the beginning to the end. His tasks include arranging tours, ensuring housekeeping and ushering guests to their hotel rooms; and they were all smoothly executed. Well done!

Welcomed by cold air from the room as we walked in. Traditional heritage design and very well curated. Room facility all very well maintained and of high quality.

Mr Somair is a pleasant and helpful receptionist who entained to all our requests. Good food. Hotel is at good location for easy walking around the town.

A beautiful hotel with high standard of cleanliness, style and service. Perfect for a relaxing retreat. Definitely will come back if I’m back to Luang Prabang. Somair made sure we are well taken care of.

The hotel is located in the center of Luang Prabang Heritage area. It’s very convenient to walk around the area and to the attractions like Wat Xiengthong , Phousil mountain, restaurants and cafes, shops…The heritage building is very nice and well maintained, we got the front room with river view and I love it.
Somair is very helpful and informative. He’s also good English speaker. He helps us with the car booking and recommendations for the water fall one day tour.

I have a good time here even though I stay another place but I love to come there thank again Airry at dedk for his helping

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

The property is incredibly beautiful and immersed in the nature. The rooms are clean and fabulous, there is so much attention to details and care for guests. Staff is amazing, special thanks to K.P. Who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. I would 100% come back, everything was perfect!

Th Burasari Heritage was perfectly located for easy access in the centre of the old town. The rooms were very well restored and maintained the Laos heritage. The staff were fantastic and the meals excellent. Couldn't really fault our stay at all.
