Pros:

Locatie is prima. Vriendelijk personeel op receptie. Mogelijkheid om brood te bestellen bij receptie.

Cons:

Het 2 persoons bed was een ramp. Was een echte twijfelaar, kon je niet fatsoenlijk op slapen. Ook zijn de bijgeleverde hoeslakens veel te klein voor de dekbedden, dus leek nergens op, viel niet over de randen van het bed heen. Mijn partner is van ellende op de bank gaan slapen want het matras was ook een ramp. Als dit verbeterd zou worden maak je het voor de gasten een stuk aangenamer. Een goed bed is een belangrijke voorwaarde als je met vakantie bent.

A la réception, Xavier est parfait, très attentionné, à l'écoute, de très bons conseils. Grâce à lui, notre séjour a été très agréable.
L'établissement est très bien situé et très fonctionnel.
Je recommande à 100%. Sûrement un prochain séjour est envisagé.

A brilliant location, town/port, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Apartments.
Pros:

What a fantastic start to our Euro tour, we principally wanted to experience & explore many of the D-Day sites, beeches and memorials and Courseulles-sur-Mer is a perfect location to do this, its a gorgeous small French port with lots of character, good restaurants, bakeries and situated right on Juno beech near the Canadian memorial.
We found the people really very friendly and helpful and the town felt very French and authentic.
Pierre & Vacances Résidence is a small friendly site, with a decent swimming pool and sun lounger area. The site is perfect if you have pets as you can access the near-by open grassed areas along the river bank and onto the sand dunes. We asked for a quite ground floor apartment and this is exactly whet we got. (Nice one Thanks)
The apartment itself was compact in size overall and particularly the bedroom which was ridiculously tight.
However overall it was very comfy, with an adequate kitchenette and a small but nice living and patio areas

Cons:

The apartment was meant to be suitable for 4 people, however we found it a bit small even for 2 of us and a dalmatian dog, so I would advise you choose an apartment carefully to suit your needs.
Plus as above the bedroom was extremely small, with no provision for hanging clothes and you genuinely struggled to move around the bed it was so close to the walls.

Ok whole place needs renovation really as it’s looking a bit tired. No Air Con in a heatwave was really not ideal.

Location was great for getting the ferry back via Caen

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur la rivière, y compris l'abondance de chants d'oiseaux : un excellent choix! Nous sommes très satisfaits. Séjour très tranquille, le personnel avenant, tout équipé pour passer plusieurs jours fort agréables. Le seul bémol... la propreté. Une couverture de lit très tâchée a été changée immédiatement à notre demande. Le plancher du patio extérieur était vraiment sale (nous n'avons pas marché nu pieds de toute la semaine dessus), et une chaise longue aurait été appréciée afin de mieux relaxer au lieu de petites chaises droites en plastiques et inconfortables. Nous leur donnons un beau 7,4 / 10

Pros:

Notre séjour de trois jours en Normandie a été très réussi. L’établissement est idéalement situé pour visiter la région, et la maison, propre et bien équipée, permet de cuisiner sur place. Un magasin se trouve juste à côté, ainsi qu’un éleveur d’huîtres. Le musée canadien de Juno Beach est également tout proche. Le beau temps nous a accompagnés durant ce week‑end de l’Ascension, et nous avons pu profiter de la plage.
