Returning Guests at Hampton Brampton
Pros:

My family has been coming to this Hampton every summer for the past 9 years. The location is convenient for our plans, clean rooms, fantastic warm pool and friendly staff. The breakfast is hot and fresh.
Special mention to Lyndia ❤️- this amazing woman is a blessing. She has been here every visit we’ve had and I’m always so happy to see her in the breakfast room. She is warm and welcoming and does such a great job; definitely one of the reasons we always return!

Thankful for Lyndia!!
Pros:

Lyndia was so awesome and kind to my daughter making her a birthday bag whose Birthday is today. She also gave one to my son as well whose birthday was July 4th. They were so happy and excited to open the bags when we got back to our room. Thank you Lyndia for making them feel special. May GOD BLESS YOU YOUR FAMILY AND ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS HERE!! In JESUS NAME!

Amazing experience, rooms were clean . Staff was friendly and specially Lyndia- Breakfast supervisor and Annette and Manisha were great. Specially Lyndia- should be appreciated, she was helping all the guests with her heart. Serving them water etc. on their tables. I will always remember this service.

Il était indiqué sur la page de booking que les animaux étaient acceptés et que tous les frais étaient inclus lorsque j’ai réservé et payer en ligne. Or à mon arrivée on m’a demandé de payer un extra de 75$ pour avoir un petit chien et ce pour seulement une nuit. C’est la moitié du prix de la chambre. J’ai argumenté avec le personnel sur place. Aucun de ces frais ne sont indiqués lors de la réservation. J’ai été dans d’autres hôtels similaires et habituellement on charge entre 10 et 20 dollars d’extra pour un animal. Le gérant a accepté de réduire les frais à 50 $ pour la nuitée mais ça demeure exagéré. Avoir su je n’aurais pas réservé à cet emplacement. Booking devrait indiquer ces frais surtout lorsqu’ils sont si élevés.
