Muito boa
Pros:

A localização é ótima, fica dentro do Mercado Noturno, mas mesmo assim não tinha barulho para dormir e é bem próximo a praia.

Лифта нет вайфай плохой,и очень шумный отель не возможно спать музыка со всех сторон стройка рядом ,всю ночь пьяные орут,караоке рядом поют ,персонал должен был нам деньги вернуть за разницу номера не вернули,мы снимали номер делюкс но в наличии не было обещали разницу вернуть так и не вернули если не хотите себе отпуск испортить не рекомендую этот отель

Bon etablissement a kata beach, je recommande.
Pros:

Emplacement au coeur du quartier animé, deco’ sympa, tres bon rapport qualité prix, staff agreable.

Cons:

Les 2 piscines sont plutot des grands bassin de balneo, mais ca reste toujours agreable pour se relaxer. Il y a des chambres sans fenetres, elles gagneraient a avoir un eclairage plus fort afin d’etre moins sombres.

Pros:

Väldigt Centralt läge. Fräscha rum. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jag är väldigt nöjd med min vistelse och kan tänka mig att boka hotellet igen.

Cons:

Hade lite problem med TV och AC men personalen fixade problemen fort. Ibland var det lite dåligt med varmvatten i duschen. Det finns ingen hiss på hotellet

Дуже привітний та чуйний персонал. Одразу реагує на будь-які звернення та прохання. ВІдмінна комунікація.
Ми прибували в готель після 22.00, місцевої валюти для оплати проживання під час заселення не мали, тому звернулися до персоналу готелю з проханням надати можливість переночувати, а оплату перебування здійснити вже на ранок після обміну валюти. Персонал любязно погодився піти нам на зустріч, взявши з нас мінімальну заставу в 20 Евро. Прибирання номеру щодня. Щоденне забезпечення пляшками питною води. Є можливість замовлення сніданків.

Cons:

Бронировали самый лучший номер из имеющихся ещё 31.01.2026. Когда приехали на место, 13.05.2026, нам предоставили убогий номер, который не соответствовал нашему бронированию, за ту же цену. Так как я останавливаюсь второй раз в этом отеле, то, соответственно, знаю какие категории номеров есть в данном отеле.

Great stay! Highly recommend.
Pros:

- We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Kata beach.
- Room was very clean, tidy and spacious.
- Bed was comfortable.
- Great shower and bathroom.
- Location is fantastic. Right on the main kata night market and 5/10 minute walk to the beach.
- Staff are friendly.
- The cats are super cute and we spent time to play with them every day.
- Has a pool area however we did not use, from observation it looked good.
- Room cleaned daily with tea/coffee/water provided.
- Fridge and safety deposit box available

Cons:

We had to make the bed ourselves as when our room was cleaned the bed was not made up? Not sure what this was about.

It is quite hard to find. Google maps will not directly bring you here. We had to get a local to help us. Turn left past the 7 Eleven, walk through the night market and turn left again and the hotel will again be on your left. Friendly locals in the area will help if you need.
