Conrad Seoul

The room was nice and reasonably clean and staff friendly, but I find it hard to concur that this is a 5 star hotel as it doesn’t go beyond acceptable.

What a stunning hotel! Absolutely to die for! Nice location - can visit the mall when needed. Squeaky clean! Absolutely love it here! Executive lounge has everything you are looking for with stunning views from the top floor. Staff at reception are so helpful! And so are Korean people- what stunning amazing helpful and kind souls!

The view from the room was lovely, and the lounge was very spacious. Angelina, the concierge, was excellent at handling my various requests, and I was thoroughly satisfied; the Conrad Bear I received was adorable, too.

We stayed for one night as a family of seven, booking two rooms under both my wife and myself (both Hilton Diamond members).
Check-in experience: The process was smooth and efficient. While no room upgrade was offered, the staff kindly extended complimentary lounge access to three additional family members upon request. We also appreciated being allowed early access to the executive lounge before 4 PM, which made our arrival more comfortable.
Breakfast at Zest: Benefits were explained clearly — Diamond members receive steep breakfast discounts (₩67000 -> ₩25000) for up to four people (two adults per room) and 25% off for additional guests. Unfortunately, this was not honored at the restaurant, where staff seemed unaware of the policy and charged the full amount. This was the only real caveat during our stay.
Room quality: The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Great view over Han River. However, one unusual moment occurred when an older housekeeping staff member on the 18th floor stood and stared as we entered our rooms, which felt awkward.
Service recovery: During checkout at the executive lounge, Henry Yun immediately understood the Diamond benefits and corrected the Zest billing issue. His sincerity and politeness left a lasting positive impression, resolving all concerns gracefully.
Executive lounge: The 37th-floor lounge offered breathtaking views of the Han River — truly unforgettable and a highlight of our stay.
Overall: Despite the hiccup at Zest, the combination of great location (easy access to both IFC and the Hyundai malls), clean rooms, early lounge access, attentive service from Henry Yun, and stunning lounge views made this a memorable family stay. Conrad Seoul remains a solid choice for both comfort and hospitality.

Not a 5 star luxury hotel, it has more in common with a Hilton Garden Inn.

Arrival - No doorman, no help with luggage. When asked, staff laughed.

Check-in - long wait to check in, 6 check in stations, 3 staffed, only 1 checking in guests.

Elevators - very, very slow

Room - shower was not clean, wrappers (of lord knows what) left in the shower.

Executive lounge - more like a las Vegas buffet, not really a lounge, nothing Executive about it. It is loud, crowded, food options not refilled, and tables not cleared. Good
luck finding a seat, staff suggested going to the restaurant (yes, because that is why a room with executive lounge benefits was booked).

Laundry service - called 3 times for laundry to be picked up and no one answers the telephone.

My mom and I stayed at Conrad Hotel, and our experience was more than enjoyable. It was clean, friendly, and was extremely convenient as it was connected to two huge malls with every store you need. We were especially impressed by the AMAZING service we received, specifically Tino! He went above and beyond to help my mom and I, and was the kindest most reliable person. He always greeted us with a smile and even compiled the best restaurants for us, called us many taxis, researched what we were curious about, and even wrote a hand-written goodbye card. We could truly tell he cared by the amount of effort he put to make our stay the best and we are leaving Conrad very satisfied with the room and service. I recommend, and try to find Tino!!

Very impressed with the staff who were super hospitable especially Brandon Lim who took care of all of our family needs and made us very comfortable.

Executive Lounge definitely my favourite in the world. Sam Kim stands out as the finest example of Korean hospitality - what a great return welcome! So uplifting after a long journey to be so kindly welcomed. Henry continues to be the big boss and make excellent cocktails.

Zest restaurant is excellent. Perhaps the best breakfast spread amongst Conrad Hotels but a tie with Conrad Osaka. Stella with her beautiful personality would make any person smile! What an Ambassador for Korea 🇰🇷

I was so happy with my stay. I am Fiamond Reserve Lifetime Diamond status with Hilton. Very rare top level status. Recognised at Conrad Seoul like a family member coming home.

* Olivia: She was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She surprised me by sending a birthday cake to my room to celebrate my birthday on July 8, a beautiful gesture that made my day even more special and one I will never forget.
* Celina: She kindly helped clean my shoes after they got wet in the rain and suggested that I borrow a temporary pair from the gym while mine dried. Her attention to detail and genuine care were truly appreciated.
* Jin and Matthew: Both were welcoming, professional, and very helpful during check-in. They answered all of my questions with patience and kindness.

Concierge Team:
The entire concierge team was exceptionally helpful, always responding promptly to my questions and arranging taxis whenever I needed one. Their efficiency and professionalism made every trip easy and stress-free. I would especially like to thank Luka, who also helped me find a box to pack my belongings before my departure.

Executive Lounge – 37th Floor:
The lounge staff were consistently warm, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Their excellent service made every visit a pleasure.

Good location, clean,

My brother and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Seoul. I am a Korean living in the US, and every time I come back to Korea, this is the first hotel to stay for the first 3-4 days. It's close to the airport, and it's got 2 big malls - IFC, Hyundai shopping mall right below, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, the Executive Lounge is excellent, and every staff member we encountered in the exec lounge was warm, professional, and welcoming. However, I would especially like to recognize Olivia from the Executive Lounge for providing exceptional service that made our stay even more memorable.

Before our arrival, we had requested an early check-in after a long international flight. Olivia was incredibly understanding and did everything she could to accommodate our request. We know that early check-in is never guaranteed even as a diamond member and depends on room availability, so we sincerely appreciated her efforts and willingness to help. Being able to settle into our room earlier made a tremendous difference and allowed us to begin our trip feeling rested and refreshed.

Throughout our stay, Olivia consistently demonstrated genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She greeted us warmly every time we visited the Executive Lounge and always made us feel like valued guests. My brother and I had the opportunity to chat with her on several occasions, and her friendly personality and sincere hospitality left a lasting impression. It was clear that she truly enjoys taking care of guests and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience. It was also a surprise that she recognized our faces when entering the exec lounge, so thank you Olivia once again for making our stay special and comfortable.

For those planning a Korea Trip, I would highly recommend Conrad Seoul. Again, beautiful place with great breakfast, amenities, pool/sauna, exec lounge.
