Good location, clean,

My brother and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Seoul. I am a Korean living in the US, and every time I come back to Korea, this is the first hotel to stay for the first 3-4 days. It's close to the airport, and it's got 2 big malls - IFC, Hyundai shopping mall right below, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, the Executive Lounge is excellent, and every staff member we encountered in the exec lounge was warm, professional, and welcoming. However, I would especially like to recognize Olivia from the Executive Lounge for providing exceptional service that made our stay even more memorable.

Before our arrival, we had requested an early check-in after a long international flight. Olivia was incredibly understanding and did everything she could to accommodate our request. We know that early check-in is never guaranteed even as a diamond member and depends on room availability, so we sincerely appreciated her efforts and willingness to help. Being able to settle into our room earlier made a tremendous difference and allowed us to begin our trip feeling rested and refreshed.

Throughout our stay, Olivia consistently demonstrated genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She greeted us warmly every time we visited the Executive Lounge and always made us feel like valued guests. My brother and I had the opportunity to chat with her on several occasions, and her friendly personality and sincere hospitality left a lasting impression. It was clear that she truly enjoys taking care of guests and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience. It was also a surprise that she recognized our faces when entering the exec lounge, so thank you Olivia once again for making our stay special and comfortable.

For those planning a Korea Trip, I would highly recommend Conrad Seoul. Again, beautiful place with great breakfast, amenities, pool/sauna, exec lounge. And, definitely the exec lounge staff are very friendly, professional. I would like to thank the entire Conrad Seoul team for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated everyone's professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction.

동생과 저는 최근 콘래드 서울에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 저는 현재 미국에서 거주하고 있는 한국인인데, 한국에 올 때마다 항상 처음 3~4일은 콘래드 서울에서 머무는 것이 하나의 전통이 되었습니다. 인천공항에서도 접근성이 좋고, 호텔 바로 아래에 IFC몰과 더현대 서울이 연결되어 있어 쇼핑과 식사 모두 매우 편리하기 때문입니다.

호텔 자체도 항상 아름답고 잘 관리되어 있으며, 이그제큐티브 라운지는 훌륭했고, 그곳에서 만난 모든 직원분들께서 친절하고 전문적이며 따뜻하게 맞아주셨습니다. 그중에서도 특히 이그제큐티브 라운지의 Olivia님께 진심으로 감사드리고 싶습니다. Olivia님 덕분에 이번 투숙은 더욱 특별하고 기억에 남는 시간이 되었습니다.

도착하기 전, 장시간 국제선 비행 후라 얼리 체크인을 요청드렸습니다. 다이아몬드 회원이라 하더라도 얼리 체크인은 객실 상황에 따라 가능 여부가 결정된다는 것을 잘 알고 있었기에 큰 기대는 하지 않았습니다. 그럼에도 Olivia님께서는 저희 상황을 충분히 이해해 주셨고, 가능한 한 도와주시기 위해 최선을 다해주셨습니다. 덕분에 예상보다 일찍 객실에 들어가 충분히 쉬고 여행을 훨씬 편안하게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 정말 감사드립니다.

이번 콘래드 서울 숙박에서 Executive Lounge의 Olivia 님과 남성 직원분께 정말 감사드린다는 말씀을 드리고 싶습니다.

저는 LA에서 약 12시간 비행 후 이른 아침에 도착했습니다. 시차 때문에 너무 피곤한 상태였고, 체크인 시간보다 많이 일찍 도착해서 로비에서 얼리 체크인을 문의했지만 어렵다는 안내를 받았습니다.

기다리는 동안 Executive Lounge를 방문했는데, 사실 큰 기대는 하지 않았습니다. 그런데 Olivia 님과 남성 직원분께서 정말 친절하게 응대해 주셨고, 가능한 객실이 있는지 꼼꼼하게 확인해 주셨습니다. 그 결과 아름다운 전망의 코너룸을 바로 이용할 수 있게 되었습니다.

물론 얼리 체크인은 상황에 따라 불가능할 수도 있다는 점을 잘 알고 있습니다. 그래서 더욱 감사했습니다. 단순히 규정만 안내하는 것이 아니라, 실제로 고객을 위해 방법을 찾아주려는 모습이 느껴졌기 때문입니다.

체크인 과정에서 동반 투숙객 관련해 작은 이슈도 있었는데 Olivia 님께서 너무 자연스럽고 프로페셔널하게 처리해 주셔서 전혀 불편함 없이 진행할 수 있었습니다.

무엇보다 인상 깊었던 건 Olivia 님의 태도였습니다. 아침 일찍이었는데도 전혀 피곤한 기색 없이 밝고 세심하게 응대해 주셨고, 항상 미소를 잃지 않으셨습니다. 덕분에 긴 비행으로 지쳐 있던 기분이 정말 많이 풀렸습니다.

또한 아침 식사 후 사우나를 이용할 수 있는지 직접 확인해 주시고 운영 시간까지 알아봐 주시는 등 세세한 부분까지 신경 써 주셨습니다.

Olivia 님 덕분에 아름다운 전망을 보며 조식을 즐기고 충분히 휴식을 취할 수 있었고, 이번 숙박을 정말 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었습니다.

Olivia 님은 아직 젊어 보이셨지만, 콘래드 서울에 꼭 필요한 훌륭한 인재라고 생각합니다. 고객을 진심으로 배려하는 마음과 세심함, 그리고 프로페셔널한 서비스가 정말 인상적이었습니다.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I wanted to recognize the exceptional service provided by Olivia and her gentleman colleague at the Executive Lounge.

I arrived from Los Angeles after a long 12-hour flight, extremely jet-lagged and exhausted. Since I arrived well before the standard check-in time, I requested an early check-in at the front desk but was unfortunately unable to be accommodated and was asked to return at noon.

While waiting, I decided to visit the Executive Lounge without expecting much. That decision completely changed the start of my stay.

Olivia and her colleague welcomed me warmly and immediately took the time to thoroughly review room availability. Rather than giving a quick answer, Olivia carefully checked every possible option and was able to find a beautiful corner room with a city view that was ready immediately. Of course, I understand that early check-in can never be guaranteed, but her willingness to genuinely try made all the difference.

I also had a minor issue regarding one of the guests not being present during check-in. Olivia handled the situation professionally, calmly, and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless.

What impressed me most was her attitude. This was very early in the morning, yet Olivia and her colleague were energetic, attentive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. Olivia had the warmth and energy of an angel despite the early hour - something I could never be myself. 😂

Because of her efforts, my stay started in the best possible way. I was able to enjoy breakfast, take in the beautiful views, and finally get some much-needed rest after a long international flight. She even went out of her way to communicate with the sauna team and verify the operating hours so that I could plan my morning properly after breakfast.

Thank you, Olivia, and thank you to your gentleman colleague for providing some of the best hospitality I have experienced. Olivia seems very young, but she is clearly a tremendous asset to the Conrad team. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests are exactly what luxury hospitality should be.

Rooms are so nice. Made my trip special with the service at the executive lounge Violet - Olivia

We’ve passed through ICN many times, but this was our first visit to Seoul—and Conrad Seoul exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation was impeccable and spotless, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the surrounding neighborhood felt both pleasant and welcoming. Its proximity to the subway made getting around very convenient, and having shopping and restaurants just below the lobby level was a huge bonus.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality we received, especially from Taylor at the executive lounge. Taylor consistently provided attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming service that made our first visit to Seoul truly memorable.
We will definitely return to Seoul, and Taylor will be one of the reasons we choose to stay at Conrad Seoul again!

Everything about conrad seoul was amazing. From location to environment to their staff values and hospitality. My very favourite was Sean from concierge team. The gentle smile on his face was always welcoming. His friendly and genuine advise for tours not just trying to sell them to you but the extra efforts he puts to make you understand the experiences you will have during tours. I give Sean 7 stars for his superb expertise and hospitality.

I stayed one day at Conrad Seoul last week
I used to stay at this hotel when I have diamond status years ago but not often after I got Globalist tier at Hyatt.
Anyway this incident happened in the middle of the night when I woke up for bathroom.
I almost slipped away on the hallway because the bathroom floor was wet all over. The ceiling was leaking and it was pretty serious and I was lucky not slipped away.
I waited until morning and filed complain.
The assistant duty manager came to the room right away and explained it's air conditioning problem and apologized. He offer me as an apology, room upgrade for next time.
I explained that I am a globalist at Hyatt which the room upgrade is most generous among those hotel reward program.

It was a week ago and I still did not received any hotel staying survey yet while I got those from other hotels I stayed before.
This give a misunderstanding the they don't even send me a survey email because of bad review, who knows it is true?
I stayed top tier hotels last few weeks and understand any incident can happen.
However, the way of repose should be more courteous and accordingly adequate.
I would not go back to Conrad Seoul for mere room upgrade for sure.

I do not recommend this hotel in Seoul.

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Seoul, and I especially want to recognize Mimi at the front desk for making our experience exceptional.

As we were traveling with our infant, having a smooth and welcoming hotel experience meant even more to us, and Mimi truly went above and beyond. From check-in, she provided a very detailed and thoughtful explanation of our Hilton Honors status benefits, making sure we fully understood everything available to us during our stay. She was also incredibly thorough in introducing the hotel amenities and facilities, which helped us settle in quickly and make the most of our time at the property.

What stood out the most was her hospitality. Mimi was consistently courteous, patient, and professional throughout every interaction. Traveling with a baby can sometimes make things a little more hectic, but she was incredibly understanding and accommodating, never making us feel rushed. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

Excellent service like hers is what makes a stay memorable. Thank you, Mimi, for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to staying at Conrad Seoul again!

We want to give a huge shout out to Yuna Lee in Concierge for making our stay pleasant and memorial. She went out of her way to reserve an escape room event and experience in Seoul that would have been impossible for foreigners to book. We appreciate her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness we experienced. Because of this experience, we would definitely come back to Conrad for any future visits to South Korea. We also want to thank William in Concierge for his assistance in booking a van and helping with the luggage. We appreciate his professionalism and service.

We had a wonderful experience at the Club Lounge in Seoul. The view was beautiful, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was truly excellent.

A special thank you to Roy and Angelire for their warm, professional, and attentive service. They made us feel very welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit.

Compared with our previous Club Lounge experience in Bangkok, this Seoul lounge was much better in terms of service quality, attention to detail, and overall comfort.

The seating was also very comfortable, and the team’s hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed at Conrad Seoul to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and once again, it was a wonderful experience.

Our room was exceptionally comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the Han River. The scenery alone made our stay feel special.

What made this anniversary even more memorable was the warm hospitality we received at the Executive Lounge. Angelina went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful service truly enhanced our celebration.

This was our third consecutive year staying at Conrad Seoul for our anniversary, and the level of service has been consistently excellent every time. We always leave with great memories and look forward to returning again next year.
