Overnight Nightmare

Rooms smelled like the sheets nor pillow cases were changed. I could not sleep well because I kept getting itches off the mattress . I slept horribly fearing bed bug infestation . Never again will I stay here

Size of the studio suite at an affordable price. Made for comfortable space for family of 3. The king bed was also large, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The pool water temperature was too warm. Also couch was functional but not comfortable.

Spacious and clean suites but horrible customer service during night shift.
Pros:

The suite itself was clean along with all the amenities that this property offered. Breakfast was good and the breakfast menu was varied. The suite was spacious.

Cons:

Reason for the low scoring of the staff is the fact that my family and I arrived on both days late in the evenings around 11:30 pm to check in and on the second day of our 2 day stay. Your overnight staff members were rude, upleasant, uninformative during my check in process as they were totally consumed with a lyft/uber situation. Your lead staff member could have just said, “I will be right with you.” but instead, I was literally given my suite key in its envelope and that’s it. I had to ask about the WIFI services and the shift leader said “Its your last name and room number.” While my husband and 14 year old daughter stood outside of the locked lobby doors with the property’s luggage dolly for over 5 minutes. When I asked the additional night staff member, “Can you please let me family in.” The younger female employee replied snarkly, “I am going to open it once I find the button to push.” I understand it was late but a simple greeting coupled with polite customer service during both nights would have been appreciated. During the first night and into mid morning of the following day, my suite was filled with cigarette smoke coming through the vents. I notified the front end staff member IMMEDIATELY after your overnight team departed around 7:00 am and at 8 am a maintenance worker arrived and sprayed Febreeze throughout and we were not able to be relocated to a smoke free suite. Please note, my family and I are asthmatics therefore we are extremely sensitive to air quality. My family and I spent the majority of our stay at Disneyworld but to return to your property to the same rude, cold and uncommunicative front end staff and to a cigarette smoked suite late both night was not something I enjoyed returning to.

​We stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport and we cannot praise the staff enough for their incredible kindness and professionalism!
Our airline (Delta) completely lost and mishandled our baggage, routing it all over the placeTo make matters worse, Delta later mistakenly delivered the suitcases directly to this hotel while we were no longer there.
​Instead of turning the delivery away or causing complications, the hotel staff was incredibly cooperative. They took delivery of our lost bags, kept them completely safe, and worked with us with the utmost patience and support. They turned a highly stressful situation into a manageable one, showing true hospitality and care for their guests.
​Aside from the amazing customer service, the property itself is excellent, very clean, and perfectly located near the airport.
A huge thank you to the entire team at Homewood Suites Orlando Airport! You went above and beyond for us, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable, warm, and top-tier stay in Orlando. We would gladly stay here again!
