Bad, bad and bad. Will never return.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. We checked in around 9:00 PM after needing a room at the last minute, and I definitely feel like we were taken advantage of given the price and condition of the room.

The air conditioner ran constantly and would not shut off, the shower had very poor water pressure, and the beds did not smell or feel clean. After a long day, the last thing you want is to check into a hotel room and immediately feel uncomfortable about the cleanliness and basic condition of the room.

For what we paid booking through Booking.com, I expected a clean, comfortable, properly functioning room. Instead, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Location was great Rooms were comfortable. But hotel had thin walls.
Pros:

Close to where we needed to go. Staff very pleasant.
Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows.

Cons:

You could hear every noise and we didn't even have someone next to us.
Also the shower had some hair that wasn't ours.
Pool looked dirty we didn't use it. Gym was nice tho.

Late check-in discouraged
Pros:

Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It seemed to be in a safe neighborhood, and was made doubly so because a room key card was needed to enter the facility after a certain hour at night.

Cons:

Check-in was limited to 3 PM to midnight. Apparently there is no one working the front desk overnight! Therefore, checking in after midnight is discouraged 😕. I got pushback when I requested an accommodation for a late check-in around 12:30 AM. This was off-putting and my only real complaint.

Highly recommend. 10-20 m drive to Philly outlets and King of Prussia. Tons of restaurants

Cleanliness of room, hallway, elevator, and reception area is at the top of my list. No funky odors, stains anywhere. Free parking and breakfast! The breakfast was phenomenal: eggs, sausage, home fries, different kinds of bread, waffles, yogurt, fruit, orange and apple juice, regular and mango-flavored water, and coffee or tea. The woman at the reception when we arrived around 2 (an hour before check-in) was very professional and kind. We were able to get to our rooms a bit early without any additional fees. Also, the bathroom provides liquid soap and lotion above the sink in bottles attached to the wall. In the shower stall, three bottles: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Facial soap bar. Hair dryer. A large mirror that lights up all around at the touch of a digital display on it.

Cons:

Many channels/ streaming services you had to subscribe to. No biggie since we were there for just one night. The hotel has a pool, but we didn't have a chance to use it. My husband, 18-year old, and I traveled to shop mostly so these things didn't mean much to us.
