I like the property very well, room was nice and clean and staff was great
So this property has a elevator issue and the is first night my wife and I saw the fire department outside and didn’t think nothing of it, but the next day we got into the elevator and hit 4th floor and it went to 5 and said out of service then dropped us to the 1st floor and the doors opened with the button thankfully, then was greeted by the staff saying they thought they would have to call again like this is a daily occurrence. My wife panicked and then it was stairs from then on out. I know they make enough money to repair these elevators but the way the act is like they don’t care as long as it not them they will laugh it off

I really appreciated Benji and Arqueta. They were very friendly, helpful, and overall very polite. The housekeeper was very nice too.
The waffles were our favorite. The mini nutellas ans raspberry spread was nice. The eggs were great also. The rooms were cozy also

Nice, clean hotel and area. Very nice and helpful staff. Loved that the location was near many restaurants and stores and was a good central hub from several areas we needed to travel to during our stay.
The Kids said the breakfast was the best they have had ever while staying at a hotel.

From arrival to departure everything was fantastic. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and property in general were totally dialed in to the highest level and appreciated. One stand out associate we really appreciated was Norivic at the front desk. She not only gave us a friendly warm welcome, but also was so efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. The management deserves acknowledgment not only for a well managed property, but especially for their skill in hiring friendly, highly professional associates like Norivic. Based on this experience we will always choose this property first, when available, as it is a standout.
Absolutely immaculate and the staff cleaning and serving breakfast were amazing.
Laundry facilities were not ideal. One dryer was not operating well and wasted time and money as a result.
