Very comfortable, room smelled amazing, clean,, shower wonderful and great staff, safe

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und alles war sehr sauber. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Besonders Thia und Bhisma haben sich immer viel Mühe gegeben und waren jederzeit sehr nett.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht jedoch an Ita Ali, der am Eingang gearbeitet hat. Er hat uns jeden Tag so herzlich begrüßt und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. An seine Freundlichkeit werden wir uns noch lange erinnern.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle, pas très loin de l’aéroport, pour une nuit ou deux c’est parfait.

It is at the center of everything, foods and shops are nearby. The staffers are helpful and friendly: Thia, Yuri, and Rizal.

I've stayed here many times. I really like it. The staff are outstanding in every way. It's a modern full services hotel which has everything. They really do "go the extra mile" to help guests. The internal design is very open and airy with lots of plants on each floor hanging down the central regions. It's really pleasant and unusual - very like a classic Spanish hotel. Key card security. A good range of TV stations for Indonesia - I watched plenty of terrestrial movies late in the evenings.

Clean, staff were incredible, great location

Excellent value for money, a wide selection of breakfast options, reasonably convenient transportation, and not far from Kuta Beach.

Location

The location is excellent. It's very close to Kuta beach. All the restaurants and convenience stores are also very close. The facilities and rooms are very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, close to the place l want to visit

I stayed here upon arrival and came back again because it was the best service in Bali. The staff truly seem to enjoy working here and with each other. The rooms are very clean, bottled water is provided along with a mini fridge, kettle and tea/coffee. The wifi is excellent throughout. Definitely go for the breakfast option, I can recommend the corn fritters and dragon fruit smoothie bowl. The spa onsite, DeNyuh, is incredible (I did their 3 hour full bliss package and felt amazing afterwards). The location is conveniently located for getting to and from the airport but you will need to get a Grab to get into the more popular areas of town. Although I did manage to find all of the surf brand outlets on my first walk from the hotel which was a nice surprise. There are also reputable money changers within walking distance.

Excellent for price point 👍

This is a really well run hotel and far better than most in the neighborhood. All staff are ultra friendly and efficient. The rooms/bathrooms are minimalist modern, and exactly what I like. Towels are replaced, and beds made up etc every day, no matter what time you leave the room - that's exceptional these days. The on site "Bella Italia" restaurant is superb, and open until very late. There's a vast selection of restaurants in every direction outside of the doors - they mainly serve Australian food which I definitely don't want to eat in Bali.
