Worth its price
Pros:

Near to M3/M5 subway station, approx 300m
There is a small supermarket nearby, easy to get most of daily necessities，water, food....
The hotel maintains a constant temperature. Although the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, the room feels perfectly comfortable. The windows can be opened for fresh air, and the street outside is very quiet. The roadside is filled with blooming star jasmine, and standing by the window at night, the fragrance is truly refreshing and soothing.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel
Pros:

Pyszna kawa na śniadaniu, jedna z lepszych w Mediolanie. jedzenie też różnorodne, również dla dzieci i nastolatków. Dość blisko metro.

Comfortable budget stay in Milan, easy access to Milan centre
Pros:

Exceptional reception staff - very friendly and helpful. I was afraid I'd taken the wrong phone charger without adapter and the receptionist gave me 2 other ones to solve the problem (in the end mine worked just fine). I was also recommended a really good restaurant a walking distance away and had a great evening meal there. Room was clean, compact, there was an extra blanket in the wardrobe - I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was simple but good. Close to metro station, it only takes 5-10mins on the metro to reach the Duomo.

Cons:

There was a 7 euro city tax on top of the rate which I thought was a bit excessive compared to hotels in Turin or around Lake Como where it was already included in the price. Bathroom was a bit cramped. Couldn't have the blinds open to let in daylight as my room was on the ground floor facing the street.
