Cons:

My wife discover blood on the sheets. The staff had to change them.

Would not stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK-nothing special at all.

Cons:

The room AC was so loud. The only good aspect was that it covered the noise from the nearby highway. Only option was to turn the entire AC unit off and it was hot out side so that was not an option.

Pros:

The breakfast is wonderful with lots of options. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful, as was every staff member we encountered throughout the property. The location is safe and has easy access to all parts of the Knoxville area. We love staying at this property!

Nice stay but for the money the hot tub should have been hot.
Pros:

Clean and not too far from the exit. Big room but wasn’t really needed. Breakfast was awesome!

Cons:

Hot tub was cold and the front desk lady at check in was not educated on how to take cash as payment.
