Cleanliness of the room and the scent.

Great stay on the west side of Knoxville! Close to a lot of things around the west side and not too far from UT and downtown. Stay was clean and comfortable! Very good downstairs area and breakfast at Embassy is always a nice perk! Stayed on floor 3 the premium floor and came with lots of great snacks! Would stay again in a second

We had an outstanding stay at Embassy Suites Knoxville West! Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.

Jana made our check-in experience exceptional. She was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The evening reception was wonderful! The food selection included coleslaw, potato salad, chips and salsa, pimento cheese with crackers, and fresh fruit. Everything was fresh and delicious. Rebecca and Jen were both incredibly helpful, attentive, and polite. Their hospitality made the reception even more enjoyable.

The next morning, Cleo, the Executive Chef, prepared a fantastic breakfast. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious, and it was the perfect way to start our day.

It’s clear that the team at Embassy Suites Knoxville West takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Thank you to Jana, Rebecca, Jen, Cleo, and the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Knoxville area!

I was so impressed by every aspect of this hotel- from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The breakfast was the best I've ever seen in all of my travels. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this Embassy Suites!

The hotel was clean and very nice. My room was on the smaller side, but it was also clean and welcoming. The staff was great and the breakfast was pretty good. The pool could have been bigger, other than that, it was a great stay. I would definitely book there again

I needed a place close to the animal emergency hospital after having to travel to Knoxville to bring my “Baby Girl” for emergency diagnostics and surgery. Everyone went out of their way to make an extremely stressful situation comforting. They have a complimentary social hour with a buffet of appetizers and cocktails. While being alone in such a stressful situation the ladies attending the bar/restaurant area went out of their way to make sure I was okay. I especially want to thank Grey for being so nice and understanding the amount of pain I was going through. It gets very crowded and busy during the evening and they are constantly taking orders, making drinks, bringing food all the while being so gracious, attentive and friendly!

Bartender Grey is fire, best bartender in the last 26 states. Attentive, understanding, caring. Truly went above and beyond for my company retreat. Could not have asked for better staff, an asset to the industry.
