リーズナブルで交通便利なホテル
Pros:

BTSのプロンポン駅から徒歩5分以内と近く、周りにはタイ料理や日本食もあり、交通や食事面ではとても便利でした。
また、部屋には洗濯機があり、気軽に選択できることは長期滞在にはとても良かったです。
買い物にもNarayaや、ショッピングセンター、タイ古式マッサージも本格的なお店があり、とても立地が良かったです。

Cons:

洗濯機はありましたが、乾燥ができないので部屋干しか2階か8階にある乾燥機を30THBコインで利用する必要がありますがお札しかない状況だと札からコインへの交換が必要ですが、フロントに交換の依頼しましたができず、コンビニや昼間のショッピングでコインを貯めないといけない状況は不便ですし、洗濯物を干せる場所が欲しかったですね。
また、434号室に宿泊しましたがリビングにあったエアコンの室外機が動き始めると大きなノイズを発生するので夜間は止めざる得ず、寝室のエアコンだけではリビング側までを冷やす能力不足でした。この点は修理を是非、次宿泊する方のためにの修理をお願いします。

Pros:

Room is nice & clean with quiet atmosphere, staff is great and helpful, breakfast is good.

Cons:

I didnt like the bathtub, waste of water resource and difficult to control the water flow from rain shower. It made the water splash all over the floor,
Lighting in the room is not enough, too dark.

"Absolutely wonderful stay!

The hotel was impeccably clean from the lobby to the hallways, and our room was bright, cheerful, and spotless—truly a pleasure to come back to after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable; we slept like babies every night.

A special shout-out to the housekeeping team—they were remarkably efficient and attentive, always making sure we had fresh towels and toiletries without ever being intrusive.

But what really set this place apart was their online customer service. I had a few special requests due to a Personal belongings left behind
and not only did they respond promptly, but they also went above and beyond to accommodate everything perfectly. It's rare to find a team that genuinely listens and delivers with such care and professionalism.

Highly recommended—I'd gladly stay here again!"**

The location is good.
Pros:

The location is good where is near Phrom Phong (BTS). Across the street, there is a 7-11 and a famous local restaurant.

Cons:

There is no local Thai TV channel when I want to see some local Thai series and news. The only choice is Japaness TV show.
