The location is great and the staff if professional and very helpful
The breakfast is not at the level of the price and only one slow coffee machine resulting in very long queues .

The location, the cleanliness, the coin laundry, the breakfast buffet; the staff, ease of checkout , efficient room cleaning service.
No grab bar in the bathroom , no shower chair available for use ( for my hemiplegic mom), no connecting room for suites. Toothbrush use charges. Some of the reception staff were not very friendly

The location is great. Easy to book. Easy check in and check out process.
The accessible room was so dirty. I don't think it was cleaned before I checked in, as there was dust and it smelled. The bed had a stained sheet. I asked for my sheets to be changed, I even left a note for the cleaners, and they DID NOT change them. There was a hair when I opened the sheet, even before I used it, so I am not sure they were cleaned before my stay. There is a used needle tray in the room, which makes the entire stay unbearable, as it was not cleaned prior to my stay. I asked to be switched to another room that's not accessible, as I didn't need it to be accessible, and initially they said yes for the next day, and then when I asked again, there was a discussion between the different staff (in Korean), so I didn't understand, and they ultimately said no. I don't think they were fully booked; I think they decided not to accommodate my stay. I was truly miserable. I would not stay there again.
The location is prime. It was easy to get around and close to popular spots. Breakfast was always good and they had a variety of options to pick from. We had a fried rice meal that was labeled incorrectly( Had meat in it when labeled said vegetables fried rice). Once we asked the staff about it, they quickly apologized and remade us a bowl of fried rice without meat. They corrected their mistake with us and changed the label to reflect what they actually had.
I liked everything but if I had to pick one thing I didn't like, it would be that the positioning of the shower head always caused water to spill from the tub onto the floor. It seemed that no matter what we did, it still spilled in the front or the back. It's a design flaw.Good thing our floor towel was changed everyday which made it bearable.
