buona struttura( mi sono sempre trovata bene con questa catena). Le stanze hanno abbastanza spazio per posare le valigie( entrano anche sotto il letto). il quartiere è molto carino
The value for money was the best. They had everything I needed. The staff were super helpful. The location is a short walk to the station.
I'm short so it didn't bother me. But if you are tall the bathroom would be a bit of a challenge.

Our rooms were very clean. The location is convenient to so many restaurants and the train station. We walked most of the time while we stayed at Fresa Inn Hotel, allowing us to explore more by foot.
I wish there was a small restaurant or bar to lounge at.
We were kindly upgraded to a comfort room as it was our honeymoon and we had lovely goodies left for us on the bed - we stayed at another sotetsu during our honeymoon trip and didnt receive the same kindness
We enjoyed having much more space in the room
Tv connected to YouTube and Netflix etc which meant we could enjoy English tv
Staff were kind, the dining area had complimentary use of hot water, ice, microwave etc
Room was clean and comfortable
Only hotel we stayed at out of 4 that had extension cables and adapters in the room ready to use for foreign guests
Fridge was useful as was the tiny freezer compartment
Didn’t love that the bed was side ways from the tv due to the lay out of the room but this is very minor
A bigger bin is needed especially if carrying trash round all day
