Friendly staff, comfy beds and great amenities
Pros:

Very hospitable staff, making check-in a breeze. The room had everything I needed, including a comfy bed. Having a laundry on-site is super convenient! I love being able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. It makes everything much easier.

Convenient and good value for money
Pros:

The location was near several train stations and near the T-CAT so it was very convenient to and from the airport.
The room was kept clean and there were toiletries provided.

Cons:

The room is quite small but this is very typical of Japanese budget hotels anyway.

Pros:

Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Byliśmy z mężem w swojej podróży poślubnej w Japonii. Spędziliśmy w hotelu nasze dwie ostatnie noce. Personel bardzo miło nas zaskoczył zostawiając w pokoju łabędzie z ręczników, coś słodkiego i przemiłą kartkę z życzeniami. Najlepszy hotel w Tokio ❤️

Pokemon Go Fest Stay
Pros:

The value for money was the best. They had everything I needed. The staff were super helpful. The location is a short walk to the station.

Cons:

I'm short so it didn't bother me. But if you are tall the bathroom would be a bit of a challenge.
