We were kindly upgraded to a comfort room as it was our honeymoon and we had lovely goodies left for us on the bed - we stayed at another sotetsu during our honeymoon trip and didnt receive the same kindness
We enjoyed having much more space in the room
Tv connected to YouTube and Netflix etc which meant we could enjoy English tv
Staff were kind, the dining area had complimentary use of hot water, ice, microwave etc
Room was clean and comfortable
Only hotel we stayed at out of 4 that had extension cables and adapters in the room ready to use for foreign guests
Fridge was useful as was the tiny freezer compartment
Didn’t love that the bed was side ways from the tv due to the lay out of the room but this is very minor
A bigger bin is needed especially if carrying trash round all day

立地は正直あまり良いとは言えず、景観も期待できませんでした。宿泊客はほとんどがインバウンド観光客という印象です。
チェックインはかなり機械的で、スタッフとのやり取りも少なく、ビジネスホテル的な無機質さを感じました。客室も狭めです。
特に残念だったのは朝食で、この価格帯としてはかなり質が低いと思います。和朝食らしい内容はほとんどなく、肉類中心。コーヒーも非常に残念なレベルでした。
観光ブーム以前なら、この内容の部屋に1泊12,000円以上払うことはなかったと思いますが、現在はその倍近い価格になっており、コストパフォーマンスには強い疑問を感じました。
前回横浜でアップグレードしていただき、今回もしていただいて感謝しています。
今度から相鉄さんに泊まろうと思ってます。

La atención muy buena, muchos amenities muy buenos (habían hasta mascarillas faciales). Muy muy limpio y silencioso. La ubicación increíble, con buenos restaurantes y en su mayoría para locales. A 5 minutos caminando del metro. Creo que la ubicación está genial para tu primera impresión en Tokio que puede ser un poco abrumadora, el barrio era tranquilo y muy lindo!

The hotel provides anything you could possibility think off, that you can choose and grab yourself by the reception. PJ, facial steamer, hair curler, face and hair mask, and all other basics that you might possibility need.
The room is extremely small, there is basially no space for anything. You could walk in and there is bed and window. One think I found really wierd is we couldn't borrow an adapter for use.
Super friendly staff, comfortable room, great amenities, and room cleaning service. About 7 mins away from the train station (walking), so great location too.

Die Lage war Top wunderschön und wenig Verkehr auch in der goldenweek. Zimmer sehr klein aber fürs Schlafen reicht vollkommen.
Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht und beim Hotel kam es ohne an. Daher mussten wir vor Ort 10 Euro pro Person täglich zahlen fürs Frühstück. Das Geld wurde uns erstattet nachdem wir uns an booking gewendet haben. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.
