Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura due volte nell’arco degli ultimi 15 giorni, mentre nostra figlia vi era già stata nel 2024. Siamo tutti estremamente soddisfatti: la struttura è pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione è buona e offre un’ampia scelta.
Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Avevamo bisogno di assistenza con una spedizione e ci hanno aiutato con grande cortesia, occupandosi di ritirare il pacco.

An earthquake happened when we were there and we received no guidance from the hotel staff. I know that earthquakes are a pretty common occurrence for people in Japan, but it's quite an unsettling experience for travellers, so some help and suggestions would have been much appreciated
Staff was so nice. Room was perfect. I loved coming “home” after long travel day :)
