The pastry cum coffee shop was no good
The pastry was maybe a week old and unpalatable
Later the waiter when I paid he said no one in the hotel had change
Even after he got the change paid me 12 or 15 rupees less and was non apologetic and non chalent
No courtesy to inform that he is unable to get me the required change
Written above plus the wait to check in was 20 minutes
The lady in the reception kept calling her colleagues to come down to assist as there was a family before me and 6 behind me.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend Radisson blu for its amazing breakfast, comfort and convenient location. Looking forward to staying here again.
Few places like emergency exits were not cleaned, many exit doors were open and cluttered with garbage

The perfect weekend break. Starting from the check in to the food, everything was just perfect. Special mention to food and service Swati, Anurag, Ali, Sibam, Malu, Rin, Madhu and Prewe made sure we were comfortable and taken care of.
The experience was good. We visited with our family and the vibe was really good. The staff is well versed and we had the pleasure to be served by Madhurima who was great.
