L'emplacement (à 150 m du métro), la vue est dégagée, la piscine au 5ème étage agréable, la décoration (lobby, chambre, ...), le petit déjeuner (choix, saveurs, ...). Il y a un centre commercial juste à côté
La Chambre Familiale Exécutive Signature n'a pas grand chose de familiale, j'ai fait ma réservation pour 2 adultes et 2 ado et sur Booking tout indique que c'est bien une chambre pour 4 personnes. Or sur place, il n'y a qu'un lit (king size) et un canapé lit 1 place. L'hôtel n'a été compréhensif en rien, n'a pas cherché à trouver une meilleure solution que d'ajouter un lit amovible (surclassement, geste commercial, ...). Le personnel n'est pas du tout empathique. Au final, cette chambre ressemble plus à un dortoir qu'à une expérience 5 étoiles.
L'hôtel est une bulle de fraîcheur en plein cœur de Singapour (= côté Chinatown), les chambres sont vastes, propres, très bien équipées avec une salle de bain double vasques, douche + baignoire et toilette séparées.
Nous étions en étage élevé avec une vue d'angle sur la ville et la végétation luxuriante: magnifique !
Seul petit bémol était le monde et le bruit au petit déjeuner... Vraiment très bruyant mais excellent choix et tres variés pour le pdj.
This is a mixed review as there were some great aspects to this hotel. The greenery concept of the hotel was really cool - such a feature! The pool setting was spectacular, and the garden walk. The staff were wonderful. Location was really great and breakfast was also everything you could possibly ask for (note that you should get there early as we saw the queue when we were finished and it was a long one).
We were so disappointed with our room. It was absolutely NOT '5 stars'. I would say 3 at the max. The room was very tired - the couch was ripped and warn, a draw was broken, and the floor was quite damaged. It was a real surprise to us after arriving into such a grand entrance at the hotel, to then see this was quite a disappointment. We told reception of our disappointment and they gave us a voucher for their business lounge but it shouldn't be up to the staff to deal with this - management should close rooms off if they are not up to standard and fix them up. Our children's room was better. I wouldn't stay again because for the price we paid, you expect much more, and we have stayed in some other very nice hotels in Singapore for the same price or less.

Soggiorno fantastico di tre giorni ad agosto in famiglia. Questo hotel stupisce subito per la sua straordinaria architettura con giardini verticali integrati ed elevati standard di sostenibilità. Posizione eccellente a ridosso di Chinatown e del CBD, comodissima per muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici verso le principali attrazioni. Camere ampie, pulitissime, silenziose e dotate di letti comodi con bellissime viste sullo skyline. Meravigliosa la piscina infinity al piano elevato, ottime la palestra e le strutture benessere. Staff eccezionale per cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità. Colazione ricca, varia e di altissima qualità. Scelta perfetta per chi cerca il massimo del comfort e del relax nel centro di Singapore. Altamente consigliato.
La comodidad de la cama y la distribución de la habitación nos gusto mucho. Tambien las vistas desde la suite urban son excelentes y el sistema de persianas es fenomenal.
La silla del despacho estaba muy sucia (habitacion 1003). Servicio de habitacion diario no recargaba jabon del baño. Botella de agua de cristal rota con riesgo de corte por debajo (llamamos a servicio de habitaciones y la cambiaron). No teniamos el desayuno incluido, quisimos desayunar un dia pero habia cola de 15 minutos para acceder al restaurante a desayunar y desistimos de desayunar en el hotel. Fuimos a la piscina 2 veces durante nuestra estancia y en la primera ocasion no habia sitio para sentarse o poner la toalla debido a que estaba llena de gente. Por el precio que pagamos por noche para una suite urban, en lo general esperabamos mas.
