The first night I discovered dried blood under my sheets (not mine obviously). The staff was quick to transfer me to another room.

Cons:

There are only 2 guest lifts - not linked i.e. everyone press both buttons and two lifts arrive and inevitably one leaves with a crowd of confused people inside. What compounds this matter is that the staff ALSO use the same lifts, thereby increasing traffic and delaying movement. One could use the stairs but the doors leading to and from them are locked on some levels.

Maybe have a scrambled egg tray available, so guests don’t have to queue up for this to be cooked?

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming

Cons:

There was a problem with TV. I needed help to get it working and the maintenance dude said it was out of network and did something to the cables, same problem on Friday....I didnt bother to watch it on Saturday. Aircon was problematic...maintenence person came and advised that i keep it off. That was very disappointing
