Pros:

The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable.. close to all the major shopping malls in Siam. Beautiful view from the room (we were on the 26th floor). The service of the staff was good and courteous. The rooms and the hotel are not the largest and not up to date in fashion for those who care about that, but they are clean and tidy. The pool on the roof is very nice and provides a refreshing break for those who need it.

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like it, it's less important to me, but the design and appearance of the rooms and the hotel itself... is less fashionable.

موقع قريب من التسوق فقط .

موظفه الاستقبال غير جيده المعامله . طلبت التمديد يوم طلبو تقريبا 7500 بات للغرفه . واتفقنا تمديد 6 ساعات بمبلغ تقريبا 4000 بات للاسف ذهبت كلها وانا وأفرد أسرتي يجلسون على الارض . ننتظر تصليح مفتاح الغرفه حيت انتظرت كل الفتره بدون تصليح عليك ان تتخيل ذلك . علما ان حجزي غرفتين اربع ايام 38000 بات . اضافه ان موظفة الاستقبال كانت جدا سيئة فى التعامل و ترفع صوتها و تنظر باستهتار . للاسف تجربه سيئه و محبطه جدا للاسف !!!!؟؟؟؟
