Het hotel dat mijn vaste plek gaat worden voor een bezoek aan Londen
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, want je kan zowel lopend als met de metro die op 50 meter afstand zit makkelijk londen verkennen. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Zwembad, gym en sauna zijn fijn om even te ontsnappen aan de drukte van Londen. Het eten in het hotel is lekker. Het personeel is echter de reden waarom ik er nu al 2 keer geweest ben en ook de volgende keer weer kies voor dit hotel. Wat een lieve en behulpzame mensen!!

Lack of security in this hotel
Pros:

Requested a checkout at 2 pm, they took a note and this is one of privileges in Accor system as a Diamond member. At 1 pm I found a family opening the door of my room while I am in and telling me this is our room. My room and adjacent room has an external door it was closed out while I am in. When I reported the incident to the reception I got the usual common answer it was something wrong in the system

Weekend a Londra con famiglia
Pros:

Ho soggiornato al Novotel London Blackfriars per tre notti con la famiglia. L' hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale per poter visitare la città avendo pochi giorni a disposizione: vicino alla fermata della metro, con cui è possibile raggiungere direttamente, o con un cambio, i principali punti turistici della città; vicino alla stazione Blackfriars da cui è possibile raggiungere direttamente il Gatwick Airport in 30 minuti; numerose attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi in 15 minuti (London Eye, Big Ben, Tower Bridge...); quartiere tranquillo con numerosi servizi e ristoranti.
Gli ambienti dell'albergo sono curati e accoglienti e lo staff molto gentile.
La colazione è ottima e abbondante.
Piscina e Sauna sono a disposizione degli ospiti e apprezzabili per un momento di relax serale.
Consiglio la struttura e vi tornerò personalmente in caso di un prossimo viaggio a Londra.

Cons:

L'unico appunto riguarda la dimensione della stanza quadrupla condivisa con due figli di 16 e 11 anni: la soluzione dei due divani letto in aggiunta al matrimoniale limita notevolmente lo spazio a disposizione.

Pros:

El mejor desayuno que he encontrado nunca en un hotel y viajo mucho por trabajo. Excelente leche de almendras , frutos secos y bacon! guau!!!!!!

Cons:

el agua de la piscina estaba muy fría. No pude meterme. Me duché y fuí a la sauna unicamente. Las taquillas de la piscina no están muy finas y el chico de mantenimiento tuvo que ayudarme para abrirla

Le rapport qualité/prix (400€ la nuit pour 2 adultes+1 enfant!) est très décevant.
Pros:

Accueil très cordial et agréable; réactivité du personnel et attentions à notre fils et notre petit chien. Bonne literie.

Cons:

La froideur des chambres, aucune décoration, une climatisation défaillante, une évacuation de l'eau de la douche en panne, un manque de nécessaire de toilette (aucun coton tige, bonnet douche, couture), une lumière trop présente de la salle de bain à la chambre forcément éclairée, pas de porte de séparation avec WC, aération difficile avec fenêtre peu ouvrable, aucun légume au petit déjeuner, peu de fruits et pas mûrs... Le rapport qualité/prix (400€ la nuit pour 2 adultes+1 enfant!) est très décevant et le standing attendu assez médiocre. Certes, il s'agit de Londres mais pour un hôtel assez excentré par rapport à d'autres à Trafalgar ou Picadilly et au même prix (ou moins chers!), nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux et avec un peu plus de charme au moins !

Great location just south of the river
Pros:

Everything was great. Loved the location and the facilities were all as expected. The pool and spa area is great for a relax.

Cons:

It was just very expensive. I know it's central London but still feel this is a tad over priced.
