Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Auswahl riesig.
Im Minikühlschrank war ausreichend Wasser verfügbar.

Cons:

Die Dusche/Duschwand war teilweise nicht so sauber gereinigt.

Had a fabulous time and definitely would book this hotel again when we next visit the city.

A perfect stay for a perfect holiday.
Pros:

The staff, especially Katie at reception. She was always professional, patient, kind, supportive and made us feel comfortable. The staff in this hotel are wonderful. I would definitely come here again, and I am recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. There is no better place to stay in London!

Glasvæg ind til bad - benyttes bad/wc om natten vågner alle
Pres på morgenmads buffeten - hvorfor er døren personalet benytter til at fjerne service og til at levere mad fra køkkenet placeret lige på midten af buffet arealet - som gæst danser du rundt omkring personalet så alle står i vejen for hinanden

Pas mal mais peut mieux faire
Pros:

L'emplacement permet de découvrir l'autre rive et de profiter de l'ambiance festive entre Waterloo et le London Eye, ou bien d'aller facilement à pied jusqu'à la Tate Modern et Borough Market. Proche de la station Southwark. Le bar / restaurant est sympa. Et pour un budget plus serré, possibilité d'aller manger juste à côté à l'Ibis, le personnel est très sympa.

Cons:

L'accueil est vraiment peu chaleureux. On a l'impression de déranger chaque fois qu'on demande quelque chose. Le principe du créneau piscine à réserver est un peu pénible mais d'un autre côté cela évite une piscine bondée. La chasse d'eau a tendance à fuir si on n'appuie pas plusieurs fois dessus. Et pourquoi n'y a t il jamais de brosse dans les WC anglais ??? La chambre est un peu étroite pour une famille de 3. Le sèche cheveux n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de ce standard ... Marre de ces pauvres sèche - cheveux qui soufflent un pauvre filet d'air.... On n'est plus en 1990 !!

היינו בשני חדרים, בחדר השני היה צורך לסדר מחדש בכל פעם את המזגן.
המיקום נחמד אבל לא קרוב למרכז, גם המסעדות שיש בסביבה הן במרחק הליכה של 10 דקות לערך
