Room was very dirty table upside down marks all over walls glass pannel between bathroom and bedroom has terrible limescale and mould on the bedroom side walls in bathroom dirty bedding stained

J'avais envoyé un message pour réserver la piscine 2h sur les deux jours. La réponse fut c'est noté et réservé mais arrivé un seul jour de réserver et possibilité de 1h uniquement.

Great location, bar was tranquil and calm after the hustle and bustle of a busy day. It had a lovely pool but we didn’t have time to use it. Nice rooms, reception and public spaces.
The carpet in the room was stained and needed cleaning. Flush on toilet mechanism stuck and overflowed with water. However it was sorted and cleaned up.

This hotel is in a great location to visit London. We stayed to see Oliver and we are very pleased we did. The reception staff were friendly and very polite, efficient and helpful. The room itself was really lovely. It was nice and clean with plenty of space and the bathroom was beautiful. We slept really well as it was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
