Lovely hotel, great location.
The room and the overall hotel areas were very modern, beautiful and functional. The breakfast was great - and kids love the self-made pancake machines (there were two of them!). Very good overall care of the staff. The location is OK - Southwark underground and Waterloo station bus stops are within walkable distance, but not much useful transport right outside the hotel.
We had a bit of a blunder with our breakfast to the room (since we needed to depart before regular breakfast time) - so make sure to clarify the details (and even better fill the order form together with the staff to avoid misunderstandings) if you need to go for this option.

The breakfast was good
Overall not very clean. Dirty floors in the staircase, the rooms were also not very clean (bathroom had water stains and looked old)
We were put on the first floor after we asked for a higher floor, they didn’t even check the reservation before giving us the key. So after making a mistake with our reservation they gave us a crappy room on top of it.
The price is outrageous for this basic hotel with Nothing special nearby.
Excelente ubicación, a un paso de todo (para lo que Londres). Es un hotel bastante moderno y todo está perfecto.
Estuvimos 4 en la habitación (2 adultos y mis hijos de 15 y 13 años) nos pusieron 2 camas supletorias muy cómodas.
El desayuno bastante correcto.

Il bagno aveva una doccia con lo scarico che non funzionava bene spesso si allagava il piatto doccia perchè l'acqua non defluiva bene ed in tre persone questo è un problema

Sauna not hot enough as a sauna... jacuzzi not a separate jacuzzi so was as cold as the pool
Hotel je v centru, takže je všude blízko. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý. Postel pohodlná a na Británii i dost široká. Pokoj byl skvěle odhlučněn. Snídaně výborná - velký výběr studené i teplé kuchyně. Vše doplňováno. Možnost nechat si udělat omeletu dle přání.
Victoria welcomed my family and I in a warm and professional way. It was a good start to our stay. All staff were helpful.
