Leider sehr enttäuscht 😞

Lage und Ausstattung

Cons:

Ein Geschenk für die Eltern 80 und 85 Jahre, über ein Portal gebucht und dort die Kreditkarte zur Abbuchung hinterlegt, wurden die Beschenkten beim Verlassen des Hotels aufgefordert die Hotelrechnung zu begleichen. Sie haben den Preis erfahren und mussten fast 1000 € für 2 Nächte selbst bezahlen, obwohl die Kreditkarte der Buchung beigefügt war. Dieser Service ist beschämend und einem 5 Sterne Hotel unwürdig. Das Frühstück war zudem nur gut und nicht außergewöhnlich. Nicht zu empfehlen, dann kann man gleich ein 2 Sterne Hotel buchen und spart viel Geld und Ärger.

Week-end très agréable à Vienne
Pros:

Hôtel vraiment digne d’un 5 étoiles! Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux, chambres très propres, très bon petit déjeuner et surtout hôtel bien placé, on fait tout à pied.

Великолепный сервис и сам отель
Pros:

Обслуживание, персонал очень вежливый. Консьерж великолепный - мужчина из Словении (к сожалению, не запомнила имя) очень помог. Другой консьерж поприветствовал меня по имени, когда я заходила в отель после долгой прогулки, предложил бесплатный чай с угощением, когда я пришла забрать багаж и дождаться такси. Прекрасный спа. Номер был очень классный. В общем за эту цену - отель просто великолепный. Очень много приятных мелочей, которые были продуманы и доставили удовольствие (шоколад, письмо от руки, аромат в номере, вежливость)

Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Superbe hôtel élégant à la décoration raffinée. Le propriétaire a une très belle collection de Roy Lichtenstein qu'il partage avec plaisir avec ses hôtes. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les musées de Vienne, tout en étant très proche du centre historique. Un personnel aux petits soins, avec un remerciement particulier à Daniel qui a su être prévenant pendant tout notre séjour. Chambres très confortables. Petits déjeuners très soignés. Petit plus : café servi gracieusement en chambre toute la journée.

I would stay here again. The hotel is lovely
Pros:

The hotel staff were lovely as was our room. Love the location for a more quiet less hectic area not far from the chaos of town and sites. They provided us with a lovely boxed snack for our very early 4:00 a.m. checkout to the airport.

Cons:

Had dinner our last night in their restaurant. I would say it was good but not great. My son ordered the fish but it was a tiny portion.
