Old and rusty
AC did not work properly
The staff were quite friendly, helpful and flexible. The outdoor pool was very clean. Variety of breakfast was strongly adorable. My bed's view was exactly facing seaside which was amazing.
If you are willing to go to European side of Istanbul, this hotel is not a proper choice to go and back easily, particularly after 11:00 pm it is almost impossible to come back from European side to this hotel through public transportation, except with taxi.
Switching off the AC at room was complicated.

They don’t have three single beds my reservation was for three people they add one to the room which was uncomfortable
Като го погледнеш отвън хотела изглежда отлично и до там!!!Харесаха ми и тревните площи пред хотела!
Нищо не ми хареса,,миришеше им банята на канализация, а в стаята беше ужасен студ,като се има впредвид детето ми,което е с хидроцефалия!!
Затова и затворих резервацията още на сутринта!
Мястото е от лошите ,най-лошото.Чакахме за едно варено яйце за детето е е пици 1 час,бях поръчал
Une énorme déception pour un hôtel 5 étoiles
Malheureusement, notre séjour au Cevahir Hotel Asia Maltepe, que nous avons effectué à deux familles, a été une véritable déception. Nous attendions d’un hôtel 5 étoiles un certain niveau de qualité, d’accueil, de sourire et de professionnalisme. Nous n’avons malheureusement rien retrouvé de tout cela.
L’hôtel donne globalement une impression d’établissement vieillissant et insuffisamment entretenu. Mais le plus décevant reste l’attitude d’une grande partie du personnel : peu souriant, distant, indifférent et parfois franchement désagréable. L’accueil et le sens de l’hospitalité sont très loin du niveau que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement 5 étoiles.
Le personnel du petit-déjeuner nous a particulièrement déçus. Plutôt que de nous donner le sentiment d’être les bienvenus, leur attitude nous donnait clairement l’impression qu’ils souhaitaient nous voir partir au plus vite. Nous avons trouvé cela particulièrement désagréable et totalement inapproprié pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Le soir, nous avons également été très déçus par l’attitude du personnel chargé des véhicules. Leur manière de s’adresser aux clients et leur comportement manquaient clairement de professionnalisme. Nous avons également constaté un manque de soin dans la prise en charge des véhicules, avec des manœuvres parfois très brusques et peu soigneuses.
Après seulement deux jours, nous avons finalement décidé de quitter l’hôtel et de passer les trois jours restants au The Green Park Pendik Hotel & Convention Center.
Et là, la différence était tout simplement incroyable.
Au Green Park Pendik, nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons bénéficié d’un personnel souriant, attentionné et professionnel.
