Food and the staff and ofcourse the location which is as per my needs
Everything is good
The location is absolutely prime, walking distance to PSK, Kolkata, with easy connectivity via Metro.
The rooms are decent, not ultra luxury, but clean, hygienic and spacious.
The breakfast menu was elaborate and the service at the breakfast as well as housekeeping was top notch.
The front desk staff, special callout to Khushal, were very accommodating to extend my checkout by a couple of hours.
Their newly opened spa is a must visit. Very luxurious and articulate with in-built steam and bath services and highly skilled therapists.
Speciall callout to Munmun, who is an exceptionally skilled and professional therapist.
