I was given a upgraded suite when I entered and the room was quite amazing with big loving room, bedroom and spacious washroom with all the facilities I was hoping for. Breakfast spread was ok and could have more options in Veg. Staff was very supportive, caring and took care of my needs very well.
The location of the hotel is not good at all.. it is at the intersection of 3 main roads causing too much traffic resulting in significant honking and noise + it is surrounded by multiple big hospitals and there is constant ambulance sound .. together I could not sleep for even 30min in the entire night I stayed on 2nd Sept. During the day, it is even worse with too much sound of vehicles making your stay really horrible. Hotel management can really work with the local municipal authorities to bring some discipline to traffic and specially to honking sound to make it suitable for a peaceful stay at the hotel which I also feel is not easy but worth trying to improve customer experience.

We stayed at Vivanta Kolkata for a month, and I can honestly say it became a home away from home for my family and me.
From the moment you arrive, you are treated with kindness and respect. Even the security staff welcome you warmly and open the car door for you with such courtesy. The entire staff is polite, friendly, respectful, and always willing to help.
The food deserves a special mention—OMG! 😊 There is always a wonderful variety of fresh, delicious food that is easy to digest. And if you don’t find something you like on the menu, the kitchen staff are more than happy to prepare something that suits you. Both the kitchen and dining staff are incredibly kind, cheerful, respectful, and welcoming.
Our room was always very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and regularly checked to make sure we were satisfied or asked if there was anything else we needed. They truly made us feel at home.
My family and I stayed for an entire month, and by the end of our stay, it really felt like home because of the way everyone treated us.
A special thank-you to the manager, Teresa—a wonderful, calm, and attentive woman who truly pays attention to the little details. ❤️
