A must for a short break.
Pros:

The hotel is very welcoming with lovely views from the bar / restaurant areas. The food was excellent, and there was a huge choice for breakfast. The spa services are excellent, and the shuttle service is an added bonus. A very personal touch with a delicious gift to take home. I would highly recommend.

Cons:

Our room was very small, with just enough room to move around the bed.

L'accoglienza di tutto lo staff e soprattutto la cordialità della Signora Silvana, attenta a tutti i dettagli, riservata ma sempre presente alle necessità di ogni ospite. Atmosfera calda, professionale ed esclusiva. La pulizia delle camere e, della struttura supera ampiamente le aspettative, la vista dall'ampia terrazza è da mozzafiato. che dire.... grazie !!!!!

Pros:

La vista è incredibile, lo staff veramente gentile e sempre disponibile. La camera molto carina appena rinnovata. Nel complesso la struttura è molto curata, pulita e accogliente. Anche il cibo veramente buono.

Cons:

La piscina è molto datata e rovinata.
Basterebbe rimuovere le sedie di plastica di bassa qualità e i fiori finti inguardabili. È un peccato perché il resto della spa era molto raffinato, bello e accogliente.

Ubicazione eccezionale con uno staff molto cortese e premuroso.
Pros:

Location veramente eccellente con una vista stupenda dalla terrazza e dal ristorante dell’hotel nonché da alcune camere. Lo staff e la titolare sono molto gentili con una cortesia di altri tempi.

Cons:

Alcune camere dell’hotel sono un poco datate ma le stanno ristrutturando a poco a poco.

Pros:

It reminded me of vacation with my grandparents when I was little - felt like being at home and how genuine they are

Cons:

Just a small suggestion for the team, try to don’t argue in front of costumers, it will elevate costumers experience. Lastly, would be great to have more consistency in the rooms type, the new area vs the old, looks like a differente hotel
