Pros:

Excellent breakfast! Great food, fresh, and many options. The room was comfortable and clean. We were three friends staying together, so just keep in mind that the tinted restroom doors don't offer full privacy when using the bathrooms, but we made it work. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would love to come back and stay again!

All in all, a wonderful experience. Would stay here again.
Pros:

We very. much enjoyed our stay at the Chesa Valese in Zermatt. The location was perfect - far enough from the main hustle and bustle but just a short walk to the train station, restaurants and shops. The pick-up and drop-off at the train station was an added bonus. Breakfasts were tasty and satisfying.

Cons:

My only complaint - and it's minor - is the door to the bathroom was glass and although it had a design on the glass it was still easy enough to see through. Not a problem if it's just you and your spouse but my sister was traveling with us so we just had to be polite about it.

Fabulous hotel 5 Star
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. Lovely hotel and friendly and accomodating staff. Was such a plus to have the shuttle to pick us up and drop us off.

Cons:

Nothing. A lovely hotel.

Pros:

Beautiful location, one day stay is enough.

Cons:

There's no air-conditioning, I suffer from sinus allergies so if is warm it gets hot and make it difficult to breathe.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war toll. Es hatte von Allem etwas. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Besonders hat uns das Ambiente gefallen, alles so liebevoll mit Herzen versehen, es hat immer so gut gerochen und der Garten ist ein Traum.

Cons:

Wir haben über Booking.com reserviert und explizit zwei Einzelbetten gewünscht. Leider hat das nicht geklappt.
Ausserdem hätten wir uns Bademäntel und Finken im Zimmer gewünscht, da es ja eine Wellness-Bereich hat.

Zermatt is already a magical destination, but what truly made this trip exceptional was the warmth and professionalism of the team at this hotel. From the moment we arrived with our little one, the receptionist greeted us with such genuine warmth and care.
