あまり快適ではなかった
Pros:

朝食の種類が豊富で美味しかった　インテリアなどとても可愛くて清潔感もあった

Cons:

バスタブもないしバスローブ　スリッパもなく予約サイトでみたものと違った　部屋の中が暑くて寝苦しかった
マッターホルンも先の方だけ見えた感じ　チェックインもめんどうだった

Great location!
Pros:

Loved the location and terrace from our room. Breakfast was great as was the free shuttle to the train station. Great coffee machine in the room!

Cons:

Room was slightly underwhelming considering the cost per night. However it did have everything you would need for a short stay and was very comfortable.

Pros:

This is absolutely the nicest place we have ever stayed, and we travel a lot! The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious, with many options and the service was amazing! The location couldn’t be more convenient to shops and restaurants. We could hear the river and see the Matterhorn from our balcony. We felt as though we were staying in a 5 star hotel!

Beautiful view and comfortable
Pros:

Beautiful view of the Matterhorn but a bit far from train station. We didn’t know we could call for pick up; we had an early check out and the staff arrange for early breakfast for us .

Cons:

I didn’t like that the keycard was 5 Swiss franc if you lost the key card

First choice the next time we come to town.
Pros:

Found the variety of food and drink better than most. Attentiveness to our needs above most. Overall an excellent value for the money. Would recommend to all that enjoy comfort and professional staff.

Cons:

Can not think of a thing…wish we could have stayed longer.

Skvělý výhled na Matterhorn
Pros:

Na pokoji lednička, překvapení/dárek v podobě čokolády. Služby hostům dobré, jak snídaně tak i doprava z nádraží v Zermattu

Cons:

Jediné, co nás zklamalo, tak je doprava z nádraží jen do 20:00, takže pokud přijedete například Ledovcovým expressem, jako my, tak už musíte do hotelu pěšky🙂

Wir buchten unseren Aufenthalt vom 17. bis 19. Juli bereits am 25. Februar. Bei der Reservierung teilten wir ausdrücklich mit, dass wir den Geburtstag meines Partners in Zermatt feiern würden. Da dies voraussichtlich unser einziger Aufenthalt in Zermatt sein wird, buchten wir bewusst ein Zimmer mit Matterhorn-Blick und baten zusätzlich um ein Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen. Das Hotel bestätigte uns zeitnah, dass dieser Wunsch bei der Reservierung hinterlegt worden sei.

Beim Check-in erhielten wir dennoch ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, obwohl das Hotel über vier Etagen verfügt. Das Zimmer hatte grundsätzlich Matterhorn-Blick und einen größeren Balkon. Durch die niedrige Etage war der Blick auf das Matterhorn jedoch deutlich eingeschränkt. Der größere Balkon war für uns nicht relevant. Entscheidend waren die höhere Etage und der möglichst freie Blick, um den wir bereits knapp fünf Monate zuvor gebeten hatten.

Als wir freundlich darauf hinwiesen, hieß es zunächst, das Hotel sei vollständig ausgebucht und ein anderes Zimmer sei keinesfalls verfügbar. Nach einer weiteren Überprüfung war ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage plötzlich doch verfügbar. Während des Gesprächs kam ein weiterer Mitarbeiter hinzu und fragte, was das Problem sei. Anschließend erklärte er uns in einem deutlich genervten und abweisenden Ton, dass wir im ersten Stock schließlich den größeren Balkon hätten. Damit wurde unser eigentliches Anliegen vollkommen verfehlt.

Uns ist bewusst, dass ein hinterlegter Zimmerwunsch nicht in jedem Fall garantiert werden kann. Ausschlaggebend war jedoch die Art des Umgangs. Wir verlangten kein kostenloses Upgrade, sondern machten lediglich auf einen lange im Voraus mitgeteilten und vom Hotel bestätigten Wunsch aufmerksam. Trotzdem entstand der Eindruck, als wären wir unangenehme oder besonders anspruchsvolle Gäste.
