Its a shame they build a new hotel right across the street, no view anymore and its a bit of a building site at the moment.

Fantastic location and great room.
Pros:

The location was so close to the Cathedral but around the corner so sound was not an issue. Great beer rest. next door. Close to the train station. The breakfast was really good and the cost was perfect. We got a fan when we asked for one and that was a life saver. There was a bit of noise in the morning with construction across from us. They are building a new set of apartments so started early and were loud. If you're a late sleeper you won't enjoy that but who is when on holiday in Europe? If you want a face cloth, bring one from home, many hotels don't supply. The space was bigger than we had expected. Great staff. Highly recommended.
