l'accueil à la réception, on nous a proposé de changer de chambre pour avoir un grand lit au lieu de 2 lits une place, c'est sympa
la grande chambre, la literie, la propreté, le calme, le petit déjeuner

l'accueil au petit déjeuner, on nous avait dit que si on arrivait un peu après 10h ce n'était pas grave, mais on a bien senti que la patronne n'était pas de cet avis, et oui les client entendent parfois les commentaires désagréables dans leur dos
