Une nuit à Grenade très agréable

Bien grâce a la situation de l’hôtel et à la qualité du personnel

Cons:

Petit déjeuner correct sauf le manque de thé noir pour le petit déjeuner . Aucune variation de ce qui est proposé tous les matins sont identiques . Un peu d’imagination et du thé noir merci

Hotel bien y céntrico pero falta de limpieza
Cons:

En la terraza había una botella llena de colillas que no eran nuestras. Ahí estuvo todos los días que nos alojamos. La primera noche cuando fuimos a dormir salió de la almohada un bicho bastante grande.
La ducha estaban todas las juntas amarillas y sucias además de rotas. Creo que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Man ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat nicht den Eindruck gemacht, als sei es ausgebucht, trotzdem hat man uns ein Zimmer mit offensichtlichem Wasserschaden gegeben, der noch nicht behoben war: Der vom Wasser kaputte Boden war unter einem Teppich versteckt. Wir dachten uns erstmal nichts dabei. Aber dann wurden wir geweckt, weil Wasser von der Decke auf den Teppich getropft ist. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel möchte ich nicht um 5 Uhr morgens von lautem unregelmäßigen Tropfen geweckt werden.
Man hat überrascht getan und uns für die 2. Nacht ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, welches morgens um 8 Uhr bereits bezugsfertig war, also offensichtlich nicht belegt war in der Nacht zuvor. Darum leider eine schlechte Bewertung.

Weiterhin hat uns gestört, dass das Hotel angibt, über Parkplätze zu verfügen, allerdings gab es keine Hoteleigenen Parkmöglichkeiten, sondern einen Discount (ca. 2 € pro Tag) auf den Tarif eines nahegelegenen Parkhauses.

Frühstück hatte das Niveau eines 3 Sterne Hotels, nicht was ich von 4-Sterne Hotels gewöhnt bin!
