Bom mas não é como na foto.
Pros:

Proximidade do centro e dos restaurantes.

Cons:

A parte dos vidros está bem mal cuidada, muito vídeo trincado, a porta da minha sacada não abria e estava fechada com fita adesiva.
Não está como na foto aí de cima.

Great stay but patchy Wi-Fi
Pros:

Clean comfortable good breakfast and hot shower. Stayed twice 1 night before island stay and 1 night after. Wi Fi was great in the first room in the second room it didn’t work and this was the deluxe room

Comfortabel hotel op uitstekende locatie, op de Plaza Mayor is er werkelijk elke dag wat te doen/zien.

Cons:

Het ontbijt stopt al om 8.30h. Dat is in de internationale hotelwereld toch wel heel erg vroeg!

Excelente hotel en Puno
Pros:

Situación excelente. Enfrente del lugar donde nos dejo el tour de Arequipa a Puno. A escasos 80 metros de la catedral y plaza de armas. Servicio muy correcto.

O café da manhã atendeu as expectativas. A localização, na praça principal, é bem boa. Quarto tem um aquecedor bom. Funcionários atenciosos. Quarto limpo.

Cons:

Cama pequena, muita claridade no quarto. Tomadas do quarto não são compatíveis com os próprios aparelhos eletrônicos do quarto.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

O hotel possui uma ótima localização e boa estrutura. O quarto é confortável, possui ótimo chuveiro, que esquenta bem e também um bom café da manhã.
