Would recommend.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating, we arrived very early and had a lot of time to kill before check in. They organised our room to be sorted so that we could check in earlier. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Excellent séjour à Puno
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, très central
Le style et l'agencement de la chambre, très spacieuse
La douche chaude et les nombreux meubles pour poser les affaires
La belle vue sur la petite place
Sèche cheveux et tapis de bain !
La clim/chauffage facilement réglable
Un wifi qui fonctionne bien
Un très large choix pour le petit déjeuner
Un ascenseur qui marche, la possibilité d'acheter de l'eau à la réception, un locker sécurisé pour les bagages et un lobby confortable qui nous a permis d'attendre tranquillement notre bus de nuit

Cons:

Peut être manquait il un rideau de douche pour éviter de mettre de l'eau partout

Zentrale Lage, heißes Wasser und Coca-Tee immer verfügbar, gutes Frühstück auch mit frischem Ei.

Cons:

Kabel des Heizlüfters an der Wand zu kurz, daher blieb der Stecker nicht immer in der Steckdose; insgesamt sehr umständlich zu bedienende Heizung. Langes Warten auf Warmwasser in der Dusche. Kaum Haken oder Ablageflächen im Bad.

Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en vriendelijke vrouw!

Cons:

Kamer. Aan renovatie toe. Vieze ramen en vieze oude gordijnen die heel verkleurd waren. Badkamer idem. Erg gehorig ook.

Pros:

Gutes und komfortables Zimmer in zentraler Lage direkt neben der Kathedrale. Gepäckaufbewahrung während einer Tour mit Übernachtung hat perfekt funktioniert. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel, bien placé, avec des chambres spacieuses, des grands lits et bons équipements.
Mention spéciale aux personnels féminins, surtout au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’accueil masculin est assez morose, ce qui est surprenant pour ce pays.

Solid Hotel
Pros:

The location was very nice, and the room had a nice view over the Plaza de armas. The shower was nice and hot. The breakfast buffet was included and solid (nothing special). Helpful Personal.

Cons:

The humidity in the room was very low and dry, which was very noticeable in the morning. The balcony door was a basic glass door with no isolation whatsoever - meaning you could hear the people on the main square and feel the draft. Weirdly the Staff doesn't expect all USD Bills - only those that look near mint condition (if you want to pay cash).
