Excellent Hospitality and great Breakfast
Location is excellent being next to 2 shopping malls and also only a short walk to the main tourist areas of Malacca.
Room is spacious with nice comfy beds.
The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection to suit everyone’s palate.
Good wifi connectivity and yes, the gym and the pool.
The room carpet and the furnishings already showing their age, the result of which, the room did not project the impression to me at least, of it having been thoroughly cleaned, prior to checking in.

Our trip was to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary, making this stay extra special. During the booking process, I had requested an early check-in in case we arrived ahead of schedule. Although we eventually didn't need it because we were delayed by heavy traffic at Johor Bahru, I had mentioned the purpose of our trip in my email.
Ms Sharon Li, who replied to my email on 14 July 2026, and her team went above and beyond by thoughtfully decorating our room before our arrival. It was such a wonderful surprise and made our anniversary celebration even more memorable.
A heartfelt thank you to Ms Sharon and the entire team for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent hospitality. Your efforts truly made our stay unforgettable!
Nothing of note
The staff are friendly and polite. There are varieties of food serve during breakfast. The hotel near shopping mall, Mahkota Parade. The hotel is near other eateries

Manque de chaises et parasols sur la terrasse. Même si nous sommes en basse saison les prestations doivent rester les mêmes pour le prix payé
Beetje uitgeleefd/ afgeleefd hotel, wat waarschijnlijk veel voor congressen en conferenties wordt gebruikt. Wij vonden geen geweldig vakantie hotel. Zwembad totaal geen schaduw en gezelligheid, foto’s lijken toch weer mooier dan in het echt.
Excellent location, spacious suites suitable for families and friends, good breakfast selection.
Breakfast time can be over-crowded, which will also affected the lifts movements.
