I recently stayed at Hatten Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the condition of the bathroom.

The bathroom drainage was clogged, causing the water to drain very slowly and resulting in water accumulating on the floor while showering. This was inconvenient and, in my opinion, should have been checked and resolved before the room was given to a guest.

I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously and improve their room inspection and maintenance procedures. Hatten Hotel has a good reputation, but issues like this can significantly affect the overall guest experience.

I would appreciate better maintenance and cleanliness checks for future guests.

Cons:

The main issue was the clogged bathroom drainage. Water drained very slowly and accumulated on the bathroom floor during showering. This was inconvenient and should have been addressed before the room was assigned to a guest.

The Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Only 2 towels were given 1st day and 2nd day housekeeping guys left 1 towel only for 3 in a family.
