Housekeeping staff actually ate the food I had left in the refrigerator. I find this unbelievable.
I had a box of half-eaten jackfruit in the fridge, and after returning to the hotel, I discovered that one piece was missing. Because of this, I no longer felt comfortable eating the rest.
The staff training clearly needs improvement. This is the first time I have encountered something so outrageous. What a shame.
The LOCATION!!
Toilet need some deep cleaning..
Need to pay more attention on the toilet wall cleanliness cause some part soo molding.
Brighten up the light cause sooo yellowish and feel so dark at certain area in the room.
The shower head was broken
Get free upgrade to Hattan Suite with city view. Very grateful of this, and hope to have chance get free grade to sea view.
Large rooms with separate lounge area. Good shower. Quiet. Good choice for breakfast.

The breakfast spread was limited compared to my previous experiences. The top ups were not done as expected resulting in shortage of selected items even between 8.30 and 9 am.

The flush in my room cant work well doesn’t have dustbin in the bathroom.
Very rundown hotel. Lights in room not full working. Shower holder damaged. Bedding old and musty. Carpet dirty and smelly, so room was not nice to be in.
Buffet breakfast - table given to us was not cleaned, no cutlery, we asked but had to get it for our self. Good was worst that a 1 star hotel.
From hotel lobby to room to breakfast- all substandard. Not worth the amount I paid.
