A nice place to stay. Easy checking in and checking out. Staff are polite and helpfull.
Pros:

The location. Connected to a mall. Near to Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade. Lots of streets food at night.

The service. My room should come with welcome drink
And fruit platter . None was served . I have to call up the room service to ask for it . The fruits were not even fresh! The nasi lemak rice were not even cooked well. We have to Call up the chef. The buffet quality was below par. The room was a bit dated . There is nothing that I like about my stay at Hatten except for the location . I don’t understand the function of the premier lounge for premier guest. Terms and condition stated as free use ? But it’s just a section with sofas and tables where everyone can sit . There is no pool side bar where we can lounge and order our drinks. Or at least a menu ?
