Pros:

Bardzo miła i sympatyczna obsługa. Śniadania podawane do pokoju. Lokalizacja - trochę oddalony od centrum. Hotel przechował nasze bgaże podczas trzydniowej wycieczki po Świętej Dolinie za co jestem bardzo wdzięczny.

Cons:

Jedyny minus to taki, że niektóre pokoje nie posiadają okien na zewnątrz a jedynie na wewnętrzny korytarz.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very well organised. They held our bags over 4 nights as we did the Inca Jungle Trek.

Cons:

It wasn’t a bother to us but if you fear you may suffer with the altitude the hotel is uphill from Plaza de Armas so take your time walking up. But it is very close to the San Blas markets

A comfortable stay with amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.
Pros:

Exceptional staff, clean and well taken care of property. The staff went out of their way with any of your needs! There is a front desk person available 24 hours a day. Also, the hotel booked a taxi for us to the airport and provided a bagged lunch for us to take with us on an excursion when we were unable to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

There is no elevator, however staff would assist you with luggage to your room. Also, no beverages on site, especially water. In fact, guests should not drink the tap water in Peru. The hotel does not sell water or other beverages to their guests and you need to stop at a local market daily to purchase drinks for your room. So, I suggest the hotel at least purchase water to sell to their guests.

Cusco in comfort
Pros:

About a 15 minute walk to the square so was a great location to get to the action but have a quiet night when settling down. Great staff. Clean. Full breakfast brought to your room. Staff arranged transport to and from the airport. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Cons:

Can’t find any complaints.

Atendentes muito prestativos, nos deram ótima dica de restaurante próximo e nos prepararam um box lunch para levarmos no passeio muito bom.

Cons:

o piso do quarto era frio, e a janela dava para o corredor tirando a possibilidade de abrir cortina em razão da falta de privacidade.
