We booked this hotel because it would be quiet. Unfortunately, we had a room downstairs next to a noisy lobby and an annoying zooming electricity box. Not quite at all. We had to sleep with earplugs to prevent waking up in the night by fellow hotel guests.
So, the other reviews regarding the quietness are maybe true for other rooms but definitely not ours. Same holds for the location. In comparison to our other stays in Cusco the location was ok instead of good. Lots of better options in the center.
Regarding the breakfast: they did their best but it was average at best. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and could only eat the fruit. But maybe not fair to write the hotel off on a lactose allergy.
No puedo estar más agradecido a la gente que trabaja en este hotel. La estancia de tres noches que tuvimos con ellos fue increíble, tras estar ahí nos íbamos dos noches fuera y nos permitieron seguir dejando maletas para recogerlas a la vuelta. Pero no solo la cosa quedó ahí, el día que teníamos que volver a por las maletas, nos hicieron el favor de ir a recogernos la ropa de la lavandería, que no llegábamos a tiempo de recogerla.
Están para ayudarte en todo lo que necesites, y además el hotel está súper bien. Camas amplias y cómodas, desayuno personalizado que te llevan a la habitación, te ofrecen te en la recepción siempre que quieras... Si os cuadra en presupuesto no lo dudeis.

Personal atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, están pendiente de todo.
Se preparan bolsas de desayuno para las excursiones. El desayuno comienza sobre las 6:15 y te lo llevan a la habitación, bastante completo.
Habitación amplia y camas grandes.
Buena ubicación situado en el Barrio de San Blas, tranquilo y próximo a los puntos de interés.
Servicio de recogida para el aeropuerto perfecto y por sólo 20 soles.
Un hotel excelente que volvería de nuevo si fuera a la ciudad.
Para ser perfecto total me hubiera gustado que hubiese gel de baño en lugar de jabón en pastillas.
Renligheden og faciliteterne var i top. Der var varmt vand i badet, hvilket man ikke får alle steder. Personalet var rigtig søde og vi fik lov til at få vores baggage opbevaret gratis i deres luggage room imens vi var på fire dages inca trail. Kan varmt anbefale det her hotel.
Det eneste vi havde en finger at sætte på var morgenmaden. Den var ikke super god, men det er også den eneste grund de får en 9’er og ikke en 10’er.
Staff was extremely polite, kind and helpful. Breakfast was hearty and it was nice to have the option of eating in the cafeteria or the room. The facilities were pleasant, specially with the tea served throughout the day.
The location wasn't the best, it was quite the walk to reach the historical center and there were few close options for restaurants and convenience stores.
De locatie is goed, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt super. Centrum ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen, is prima te doen.
De eerste nacht hebben we veel last gehad van omgevingsgeluiden zoals blaffende honden. Daar kan het hotel niets aan doen, maar het irriteerde op een gegeven moment wel.

Bardzo miła i sympatyczna obsługa. Śniadania podawane do pokoju. Lokalizacja - trochę oddalony od centrum. Hotel przechował nasze bgaże podczas trzydniowej wycieczki po Świętej Dolinie za co jestem bardzo wdzięczny.
Jedyny minus to taki, że niektóre pokoje nie posiadają okien na zewnątrz a jedynie na wewnętrzny korytarz.
