The room had a balcony with views of Mount Etna which I wasn't expecting! A brilliant surprise. The room was big and airy, well air conditioned with a really comfortable mattress and great bathroom and shower. The breakfast buffet was brilliant too.
The pool was only open between 10am and 6pm and given the fact that the temperature in the shade was around 37degrees Celcius, the opening times were not great. The pool staff also started putting all the loungers away from around 5pm which was annoying.

La struttura è un sogno, il personale è preparatissimo, professionale, gentile e con problem solving perfetto. Bellissima da vedere, spazi comodi enormi rilassanti, colazione super super, stanza fighissima, bagno top, servizi top, piscina meravigliosa e stupenda al tramonto e ristorante da 1000 stelle. Impossibile non soggiornarci!

La sala per la colazione non era pulitissima. Le info sulla palestra erano assenti. La piscina ha l’obbligo della cuffia
