Pool area is very nice and clean. Staff are helpful. The hotel is very clean especially the rooms. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms with balcony. Good selection of food items at breakfast.
Codziennie było sprzątane, więc w pokojach bardzo czysto. Na basenie leżaki oraz ręczniki czekały na gości, wiec zawsze było miejsce gdzie się rozłożyć. Ceny w basenowym barze nie były wygórowane.
Śniadanie ubogie, ale dało się zjeść.

Molto Bella La struttura, abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera che poi é stato risolto, quindi bravi allo staff, le signore delle pulizie bravissime.
Posizione ideale per chi vuole alloggiare vicino a Catania e ad aci castello.
Bella la piscina bravissimo il ragazzo che gestisce i lettini.
LA COLAZIONE!! Non può essere uno stress fare colazione, se sbagli l orario devi fare la fila per un tavolo perché non riesce a coprire tutta l affluenza. Bravissime le signore un po’ troppo imbronciati sempre i ragazzi.
Consiglierei dei pacchetti spa per chi alloggia in albergo un po’ più economici.
Palestra e piscina Inter e chiuse, al momento della nostra prenotazione non ci era stato comunicato.

Czysty wygodny pokój z dużym balkonem z widokiem na morze. Dobre śniadania z wyśmienitą kawą i sporo miejsc parkingowych z widokiem na Etnę. Duży basen. Dobra miejscówka na wycieczki na Etnę, Wąwóz Alcantara i do Taorminy mając wypożyczone auto. Do centrum Katani około 6 km. Można skorzystać z komunikacji miejskiej autobusowej, której punktualność pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Brak plaży w pobliżu i restauracji, ale o tym wiedziałem przed rezerwacją. Spacerem 15 minut od hotelu jest supermarket Deco bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony z jedzeniem na ciepło.

L’hôtel vraiment excellent niveau propreté.

Le seul petit bémol, c’était le petit-déjeuner qui manquait de choix et n’était pas varié c est dommage.

La piscina estaba bien, pero es obligatorio usar el gorro.
Es el peor hotel en el que me he alojado.
El personal de limpieza se pasa el día dando gritos y escobazos desde las 8 de la mañana durante todo el día.
Dentro de las habitaciones se escucha todo: muebles arrastrando, ruidos de sillas, armarios,incluso conversaciones-
No conseguimos dormir mas de 5 horas en toda la estancia, además de que las camas son duras como una piedra.
El desayuno es en una sala diminuta, se acaba todo a primera hora, y la máquina para servir agua/zumos siempre está estropeada.
El spa tiene un coste adicional, y si quieres permanecer en las instalaciones después del chekout también tienes que pagar.
El personal no atiende a quejas de ruido, o peticiones especiales, en general si les pides algo te miran como si estuvieras loco y te dicen que "eso no es así", por ejemplo, cuando les dijimos que el WiFi no llegaba a la habitación, al menos a la nuestra.
No puedes llegar caminando, tienes que moverte en coche de alquiler/uber o como poco patinete.
Las playas que tiene cerca son privadas, o bien puedes acceder escalando si tienes buena condición física, pero no puedes ir con niños/personas mayores.
Yo le recomendará a cualquiera que cogiera otro hotel, y si quiere piscina/playa se vaya a un club a pagar 10€ por persona y echar el día.
No volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
