Stanza pulita, c'era tutto quello che serviva, letto comodo, staff gentile e preparato, ha risposto positivamente a tutte le nostre richieste, posizione TOP, vicino a tutto, servizi, luoghi turistici, ristoranti, etc... Lage , Größe des Zimmers , Ausstattung

Cons:

Teilweise dreckiger Teppichboden.Zimmer direkt über einem Partyraum(1.OG über der Rezeption).Nachts durch die Vibration und Lautstärke keine Ruhe. Personal kann teilweise kein Deutsch.Bei Beschwerde über die Lautstärke ist erst nach 2.Beschwerde und Polizeidrohung "ruhiger" geworden.

Hotel céntrico, confortable y con buena relacion calidad-precio
Pros:

Ubicacion muy centrica. La habitación era amplica y confortable. El precio de la habiation se ajustaba a lo que buscabamos y las prestaciones eran las correctas.

Solides Hotel in Mitte mit ausgesprochen freundlichen Mitarbeitenden
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, man konnte den Eindruck gewinnen, dass alle Freude an der Arbeit haben, außerdem lösungsorientiert. Das Bett war bequem. Es gibt Schreibtisch, Schrank und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, in dem es sehr ruhig war. Die Lage unweit der U Bahn Stationen Stadtmitte und Checkpoint Charlie (U6).

Cons:

Frühstück könnte für den Preis von 21 Euro hochwertiger und abwechslungsreicher sein, dennoch war für alle was dabei. Schade, dass kein Wasserkocher verfügbar war, aber das Personal fand eine gute Lösung.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel empfehlen
Pros:

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Obwohl wir mitten in der Großstadt waren, war es extrem ruhig und man konnte mit offenem Fenster schlafen

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln
