clean and nice
the only reason why i booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub but it was closed. didn’t mention nothing about the pool being in renovations.
Our air conditioner was not working in our room and all we got from front desk was “sorry about that”. It was 80 degrees in our room. It was brutal.
Very little to be honest. I have stayed here several times before but the price was astronomical this visit especially while they are doing renovations. Over $400 a night. I dont really have very much goo to say about this trip.
Too expenisve especially while under renovation and not told about renovations before getting there. The drain in the bathroom smelled bad, the heating system was blowing cold air so I had to turn it off and the fridge was very loud and had to unplug this. Between 12-2am a loader was brushing the car park behind and was beeping very loudly right outside my window every time it went into reverse.
Pool and hot tub not available which renovations were going on.
at 7.30 in the morning after a very bad and short sleep I heard drills going which was also very loud.
I stay in microtels often and not sure I will be back to this one again
Upon check in the Front desk clerk was amazing, very friendly
The carpet was not vacuumed. Which made it hard to take off your shoes in the room. I did ask when they clean it the next day to vacuum and that is literally what they did. Just vacuum.
We were excited for the pool to find out they put all the new furniture all over the hallways and pool area not allowing us to us the pool. There also was issues with the heat in the room. The thermostat was set at 24 and it was still super cold in the room.
There was a headboard in the hallway which was very dangerous and my daughter almost hit her in it.
Location
Pool was not working and dis not find out until we got there. No noise insulation could hear door slamming, footsteps toilet flushing all night long
Parking for handicap were not available because snow removal, had filled both spots with mountains of snow. Pool room was full of furniture for renovations.
I was placed in the very first room beside the lobby where all the hockey players/teams and their drunk parents all hung out. It was a terrible stay
The steam room and hot tub were not working
