Le personnel de l'établissement était de langue anglais, nous avons du nous débrouer pour nous faire comprendre, pas trop serviable! et de plus nous avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et spa et sona , car ceux -ci n'était pas accessible dû aux nombreux problèmes de l'état de l'eau de la piscine . J'ai demander une réduction sur notre facture, mais ils nous répond de contacter Booking . com vu que ma réservation était fait avec vous via internet. j'aimerait recevoir une réduction pour cette inconvénient.
