Facilities are generally good. Although there are 4 elevators near my rooms, they are probably not designed well. I pressed my floor to go down, sometimes the elevator just bypassed me and went down without stopping.
As for the rooms, the air-conditioning was difficult to control by room guests. When it was cold, we tried to adjust the temperature upwards, the air cond switched off when we tried to do it and then found it difficult to ON it. I sought to assistance of the chambermaids twice to fix it.

não gostei dos recepcionistas são gatunos, eles querem sempre tirar algum do cliente, a pessoa pede ajuda para um taxi, eles acrescentam o valor do taxi, se o taxi custar 40y eles alegam que custa 77y, paguei o Hotel pelo booking mostrei a reserva eles queria que eu voltasse a pagar, porque não tinham recebido a reserva, fiz uma confusão lá eles deram o quarto os jovens que trabalham no hotel na recepção são gatunos muita atenção pessoal.

The hotel staff are very bad, they tried to cheat us several times. They tried to cheat us when I asked for help ordering food for the hotel, adding extra items to the order without my authorization, and when confronted, they claimed it was a service fee, this happened 3 or 4 times. Also, when it came to calling a taxi, the fare was 65 yuan, but they told us it was 200.
Breakfast reasonable , rooms comfortable
Checkin extremely slow , if staff are ready to serve customers step up to the counter and indicate that you are here to serve customers step, not stand at the back of the counter and use your phone , you may have been on staff business , however you did not indicate your willingness to serve anyone

nothing really that i left within an hour and lost my night stay
It feels like you are at a school with so many kids going up and down, the breakfast is very poor, the surrounding area was not the most pleasant. I think the reviews for this hotel is being mistaken for another La Perle
