電視確定有問題，但還是讓我們入住說能使用，入住後發現完全不行，但服務員很快就安排新的房間跟我們使用！廁所門很卡很難關⋯浴室的水不是太熱就是太冷，很難調到剛好，但水壓足夠

已傳訊息告知是否可安排同樓層住宿方也同意，抵達現場也是顧客先詢問是否有安排才說同樓還沒打掃要等，除非要不同樓層，不是要刁難是一句電話或訊息告知也沒有，更何況我們不是準時15點入住耶，那一開始是在捉弄嗎？還等了快一個小時才掃完，窗戶真的不要開都是灰塵，眼看就看到一堆灰塵
