Good value
Pros:

Good location & price. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

Probably due to the extremely hot weather, the rooms were never cold enough with the central A/C.

Pros:

Great breakfast value - multiple choices made to order! Excellent location next to Earl's Court station with multiple transport lines, but on a quiet street. Friendly and helpful staff. Freshly renovated rooms.

Cons:

Bathroom fan didn't work, so the room felt damp.

First visit
Pros:

Room very clean and fresh and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful especially Roger in the dining room.

Cons:

Toilet would not flush properly. Reported each morning and fixed during the day but this appeared to be an ongoing issue. (Room 607). Also, room was situated in the basement so window looked up to pavement level.

Kensington is lovely
Pros:

Location is wonderful. Close to nice coffee shops and the Tube. Bar was very nice and a good place to hang at the end of the day.

Cons:

The building seems to have been formed by combining stand alone buildings. This meant that there were some steps to negotiate when walking to rooms from the elevator

Sehr nettes Hotel in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist klasse und es ist sehr ruhig dort. Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort.
Die Größe des Zimmers ist für 3 Personen gut.
Das Frühstück ist super.
Wir kommen bestimmt gern wieder.

Sijainti oli loistava lähellä metroasemaa. Vaikka huone oli kadulle päin, se oli rauhallinen. Liikenteen melua ei kuulunut. Aamupala oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Cons:

Olisin kaivannut vuoteeseen toista peittoa, mutta vain viltti oli saatavilla. Huone olisi voinut olla siistimpi.
