Lovely hotel, great location. Check your cc charges!

The location was great! The breakfasts were so good! The staff were

They “accidentally” charged my card for
The room after I left even though I prepaid. I had to email them
And they reversed the charges but I had to wait many days for that. It soured the whole experience

Pros:

Great rooms, great breakfast, excellent location. Second time in this hotel and everything was great. I asked for no basement room after reading the reviews, and I recieved the basement room, it was ok.

Cons:

The window on the basement room is located right on the street so it is impossible to draw the curtain without people looking into the room

It is in a great location and quiet we had a good size room too . There’s an elevator the and refrigerator in the room wish they had a coffee maker instead of instant coffee

Great hotel, very close to the underground. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Tasty breakfast and good coffee.
The best part was the team - incredibly friendly, welcoming and full of positive energy!
Special thanks to Richard for the warm welcome and great tips about London, and to Jerico, Shanel, Mario and Pranisha for the amazing birthday surprise for me and my daughter. You made our stay really special!

Great Location!
Pros:

The location is great. We used to live in the vicinity so we knew what we were getting and that is why we chose the hotel in first place. very conveniently located for what we had to do in one day before continuing our travels. After initial hiccups with the restaurant staff our stay was very good. The Hotel also upgraded our room.

Cons:

The restaurant's staff english skills were a bit borderline. They wrongly explained to us the breakfast menue and then had to rectify themselves a few time. They explained to us that you can only have the set menue of continental or english breakfast, when in reality one could choose a la carte and the waiter didn't seem to know this. I had to make them aware that there were individual prices next to each choice which clearly indicates that it is a la carte. When we booked there was no "breakfast included" choice, else we would have picked that.

Great location and comfortable room with excellent breakfast
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk from an Underground station and a bus stop, which made getting around the city very easy. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and central air conditioning. Breakfast was a real highlight: plenty of variety and everything was well prepared.

Cons:

The shower drain clogged during use, which was an inconvenience. We were travelling with a child, and although the hotel kindly provided an extra bed, the mattress and blanket weren't as comfortable as I'd expect at this price point. A proper single duvet would have been better.

Overall, a clean and welcoming hotel with excellent staff, but accessibility and the lack of a view were disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel has very helpful and friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day.

Cons:

The room itself was fine, but there was no balcony, and the window was quite small, so there was almost no view. The hotel is also not very accessible or pushchair-friendly, and we had a hard time carrying the pushchair up and down.
