Good in some areas bad in others

They upgraded the room after a complaint about the loud air conditioning and no hot water available in my original room. The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

There was no hot water available in my room for 4 days. In fact the hot water was out for half the hotel. This was not even communicated to me Upon arrival.They did end up moving me when I complained which was good. The air conditioner in the smaller room was unbearably loud. They don’t allow you to eat outside food anywhere in the public sections of the hotel which is a deal breaker for me. Thai street food is amazing one of the main reasons I go to Thailand and you should be able to have somewhere other than your room to eat it. Here there is a rule strictly against it. Even though there are areas that could be set aside out if the way you eat street food. I found this rule to be crazy and would rethink staying again for this reason. I can understand for non hotel residents but this was just really annoying policy.
