Pros:

Hotel muito bom, com quartos amplos, confortáveis e muito limpos. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, com grande variedade e qualidade. O spa é ótimo e a piscina também proporciona uma experiência agradável.

Cons:

O único aspeto menos positivo é a decoração, que se encontra um pouco desatualizada. Uma renovação com um estilo mais moderno, mantendo a harmonia com os mármores e a arquitetura existente do hotel, valorizaria ainda mais o espaço.

hotel met wellness was het niet zoals we gewend zijn in Nederland.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was royaal maar gebakken ei was oud (droog en koud) en jus d'orange was niet vers.

Cons:

De faciliteiten van de wellness. Sauna moet gekleed en heeft plaats voor 4 personen. Turks bad was voor onbepaalde tijd in reparatie. Alle treatments moesten een dag tevoren worden gereserveerd.
Bedienend personeel in restaurant had geen horeca ervaring. Stonden langer in de keuken te wachten dan aan de tafel van de gasten. Verkeerde borden werden ingedekt. Ze kenden de gerechten niet van de kaart.
Het royale zwembad heeft geen faciliteiten voor een drankje. Daarvoor eind gekleed lopen naar een nagenoeg onbezet lunchrestaurant met 3-4 man personeel. Misschien kan dat anders.

Quartos muito confortáveis, bem higienizados. Funcionários impecáveis. Pequeno almoço bom q.b. A piscina exterior é interior servem perfeitamente as necessidades. O spa é de boa qualidade, apesar de achar que poderia ter mais variedade para um hotel de 5*, e algumas das valências estavam a precisar de manutenção.

Cons:

Necessidade de manutenção de algumas partes do circuito de spa e do banho turco.
