Pros:

Location and staff friendliness

Cons:

Pool wasnt working to what i thought. Epensive for what it was. Bath tub was rusty and bed was pretty uncomfortable. Reserved a crib and it wasnt there.

It was a wonderful stay. We will definitely come again.
Pros:

We liked the remodeling you did giving the rooms a clean fresh look. A little paint goes a long way. The convenience of the breakfast right there at the hotel. Being close to Briarwood Shopping center.

Cons:

Catching a cab nearby would be a great help to us. My husband and I are pushing 80. We had a doctor’s appointment at U of M hospital. I’m the one who driving all the time now. And I was very nervous to drive to the hospital. I tried making arrangements for taxi pick up before we left home but the cab never showed up.☹️so for us a convenient cab stand would be nice.

The breakfast was good, and the service exceptional.

Cons:

The mattress was uncomfortable. No matter what position, you would always be rolled to the edge of the bed.
