We would like to sincerely thank the staff of Taj City Centre Gurugram for making our stay comfortable and memorable. The staff were consistently courteous, warm, and helpful throughout our visit.
A special mention to the High Lounge team, especially Saniya and Shreyansh, for their warm and friendly hospitality. We also truly appreciated the attentive and helpful service from the Culina staff, particularly Devendra and Lakshaya.
We would also like to thank Mookoom from housekeeping for the excellent care and service provided during our stay.

Exceptional service from this city centre gem!
Pros:

The meals were amazing and staff were friendly, approachable and really went out of their way to make my stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

The room service menu was quite limited compared with what was being offered at the onsite restaurants. It would have been nice to be able to order from these restaurant's directly.

Pros:

Room was big and comfortable. Buffet breakfast and dinner was great.

Cons:

Very disappointed the pool wasn't available. It looked like they had started some sort of work on it and then just stopped.
