Pros:

Samara was een topserveerster, voor mijn man zijn verjaardag kregen we van haar een drankje!
Kamer was netjes en schoon, jammer van de climate control, deze kreeg de kamer ( en eigenlijk alle ruimtes ) niet comfortabel koud.

Het eten was goed, mag wat aan de prijs gedaan worden ivm de kleine porties.

Pros:

la douche au milieu de la chambre est la seule chose bien.

Cons:

Entre l’hygiène des enormes taches blanchatres sur les rideaux, sachant que dans la premiere chambre il y avait d’enorme taches sur le mur j’ai reclamer une autre pour arrivé dans la deuxieme voir des enormes taches sur l’armoire, le rideaux, la moquette, le sol, la douche laisser a désirer egalement, le personnel qui fais semblant de pas comprendre mon anglais alors que j’ai un tres bon niveau ils ont juste compris que j’etais francaise pourtant le chef a coter a parler francais aux autres clients à la fin, pas agreable, un air moqueur, plus je n’es pas dormi de la nuit on entendais tous chaque heure aucun respect les gens rentrais hurlais etc, sans compter le « flyer d’arrivé » rempli des meme taches qu’il y avait partout dans la chambre, je ne veux meme pas savoir ce que c’etait. Je ne recommande pas, ce n’es pas dans mes habitudes mais etant très nareuse cela ete une angoisse pour moi.
Dommage je ne peux pas ajouter plus de photos, car le rideaux etait completement rempli de ces taches partout.
J’aimerais un remboursement.
