Une prestation qui n’est pas â la hauteur du cadre !
Pros:

L’emplacement et le cadre : très bien !

Cons:

La piscine était verte, les draps sales, la chambre pas nettoyée. Impossibilité de prendre notre 2e petit déjeuner (payé d’avance) à 6h pour un départ à 6h50 de l’hôtel, malgré une ouverture annoncée la veille de 6h à 10h !

Can’t say there was much although the driver for the van was amazing, always kind no matter what time we had asked to go somewhere.

The pool was great, kids had a good time. Staff was chill

The bar staff was great, big shout out to Manu. He showed us restaurants to attend & always kept us entertained.

Cons:

The property had a lot of space however it was run down, not clean & a lot of the activities stated on the advertisement weren’t available. I had ants or bed bugs crawling on myself & children on the first night. I asked for a refund however they requested to move me upstairs. I took the offer and mentioned if it was to happen in the new suite could I get a refund. She was kind enough to let me know she will see what she can do. The new room felt a lot cleaner, it was on the 3rd floor and I had no issues. However, due to no elevator it was a lot with children. The restaurant did not have much in stock when ordering. We had to settle for something available from the menu.
When we asked for pool towels we were told “where’s the towels from your room” .

Pros:

staff were awesome,room was clean,hot water was plentiful wifi worked well,if u want a budget quiet resort can't go wrong.

tv had YouTube etc but kept fading out,had to off and on every few minutes

The hotel is good but needs to look at their breakfast menu buffet. Maybe better for people to pay good breakfast instea

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t that good. No cutlery and plates available if you come late. But it was good for money you pay.
There was no water on our level for half of the day.

We had a excellent stay over at Nasau Resort and Villas.
Pros:

Disappointed with the breakfast. They should improve the breakfast menu.
