AMAZING
Pros:

Everything from the design of the property to the warm hospitality of the crew and attending our needs

Cons:

The pool was not %100 private, maybe if they add more shades to the roof to convert it to a %100 private would be better specially for muslim customers

ما انصح تاخذون اطفالكم معاكم لأنه شفت تعليقات كاتبين انه في ثعابين وعقارب.
وايضاً للأسف في الليل كنت اسمع صوت خطوات حد يمشي رغم أنه مافي حد!
و عائلتي قبل سنة كانوا يسمعون صوت حد يسكر باب الثلاجة او يفتح الكبت.

Pros:

One of the best staff i had experience here in Thailand, really friendly and professional, the walking, the beach, the resturant, all are good

Cons:

The gym times and the swimming are bit strange and early to close, and cleanliness of the hotel as all wasn’t that good, the breakfast needs to be more clean and add more items in it.

A wonderful and unforgettable stay in Phuket.
Pros:

Our stay was one of the best we had in Phuket. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they made sure my children’s room was right next to mine. They also gave me a beautiful room with a wonderful view. The resort is peaceful and luxurious, the pool is amazing, the beach and sea are beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We truly loved this place and enjoyed every moment of our stay. I would definitely love to come back again.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Amazing breakfast buffet

Cons:

I paid twice for my stay because I didn’t bring my vesicle visa , although I showed them the massage from the bank but they refused also.

Some of the front desk guys not polite and unkindly.

To old Phuket and almost all of my trips takes 40-45mins to reach.

Pros:

Tawan was such a great help, I'm Muslim and my wife wears hejab so she can't go in the pool if its not private. So Tawan changed my room making sure the pool wasn't visible from outside.

كل شيء كان رائع لأبعد الحدود للأمانة - الفيلا مصممة بطريقة رائعة تبعث على الراحة النفسية .. الاطلالات, المسبح, الشاطىء, الخدمة كل شي كان 5 نجوم

بالامكان توفير تلفزيون ذكي أفضل من اللي كان موجود في الفيلا وكذلك لو كان في هناك نشاطات أكثر للأطفال
